1. Service

FirstBali is a concierge and booking intermediary for venues, events, villas and transport in Bali. Venues, villa owners and transport operators remain responsible for delivering their services.

2. Bookings & deposits

Table deposits are paid online and deducted from the venue's minimum spend. A booking is confirmed when the venue confirms it; a deposit, when one is required, secures the request in the meantime. Entry is granted against your personal QR pass; passes are single-use.

3. Cancellation

Unless stated otherwise on the venue page: free cancellation until 24 hours before the booking; later cancellations forfeit the deposit. Villa and transport cancellation terms are stated at booking time.

4. Guestlists & promoter tables

Guestlist entry is free but capacity-limited and subject to the venue's door policy. Promoter table applicants must be 21 or older; applications are moderated and may be declined without reason.

5. Acceptable use

No fraudulent bookings, resale of passes, or abusive behaviour towards our team or venues. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Liability

We act as an intermediary: our liability is limited to the amounts paid through the platform for the booking concerned. Venue admission decisions remain with the venue.
