Akar, che significa “radice”, è la steakhouse del K Club a Kedisan, Tegallalang, a nord di Ubud, immersa nel verde della giungla. Distribuita su due piani con due bar e una cucina a vista, propone tagli australiani e giapponesi, Wagyu compreso, cotti alla brace di carbone, accanto a frutti di mare, midollo arrostito sul carbone e una carta dei vini selezionata con cura. Il venerdì e il sabato sera la cena si trasforma in festa, con DJ dal vivo, ballerini e uno spettacolo di laser. Akar ha vinto il titolo di Best Luxury Steakhouse in Indonesia ai World Luxury Restaurant Awards.
