About FirstBali

FirstBali is a concierge and booking service for Bali, Indonesia, and part of FIRST Group. We book tables at restaurants, beach clubs, bars and clubs, send guestlist links for the island's big nights, and arrange villas, cars with or without a driver, scooters, VIP transport and private boat trips — and we take on any other request, all in one conversation.

What we do

  • Tables at 28 partner restaurants, beach clubs, bars and clubs, booked with the venue on your behalf.
  • Guestlist links for the nights at Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné: you register on the venue's own list and receive a digital ticket by email.
  • 26 villas to rent, booked instantly or on request.
  • 31 vehicles — cars, scooters, cars with a driver, VIP transport — and private boat trips.
  • Anything else you need in Bali, asked in your own words.

How we work

  • One conversation: WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, the chat on this site or the iPhone app.
  • An assistant answers at any hour, in your language, and hands your request to the concierge team, who speak English, French, Indonesian and Russian. Between midnight and 9am Bali time, the team picks requests up in the morning.
  • We book with the venue directly. A table is yours once the venue has confirmed it, and we only tell you it is confirmed then.

What we never do

  • Quote a price, a minimum spend or a deposit before the venue confirms it. Amounts depend on the venue, the night and the season; where a venue publishes its table prices, we link to that page.
  • Tell you a booking is confirmed before the venue has confirmed it. A paid deposit is not a confirmation.
  • Sell a guestlist. Joining one is free; entry is complimentary before the night's cutoff, and a registration never guarantees entry.
