How do I book a VIP table in a Bali club?

Pick your venue on FirstBali, choose a date, the table type and the number of guests, and send the request. The concierge asks the venue and comes back with its answer: your table is confirmed only once the venue has confirmed it, and your QR pass is sent then. Where a venue asks for a deposit, it is deducted from your minimum spend — and a paid deposit is not a confirmation.

Are FirstBali guestlists really free?

Yes, joining is free. At Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné you register yourself on the night's page of the venue's own list, linked from each event on FirstBali, and receive a digital ticket by email. Entry is complimentary only before that night's cutoff and reduced after it; ticketed-only nights have no list, and entry is 21+.

How much does bottle service cost in Bali?

VIP table minimum spends vary by venue, date and placement — your concierge confirms exact terms and secures the best table before you commit.

Can I rent a scooter or a car with driver in Bali?

Yes — FirstBali arranges scooters, private cars with professional drivers and VIP vehicles (Alphard, luxury and sport cars). Rates are confirmed on request, delivery to your villa included.

How fast does the FirstBali concierge respond?

An assistant answers at any hour on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram and the chat on the site. The concierge team takes over from 9am to midnight Bali time, every day; requests sent overnight are picked up in the morning.
