BELLA ist ein zeitgemäßes mediterranes und nahöstliches Restaurant an der Jalan Pantai Berawa, betrieben von The SEN Group. Executive Chef Oğuz Karadoğan, zuvor im Lokanta 1741 in Istanbul, kocht eine Holzfeuer-Karte zum Teilen: Lammbällchen in kräftiger Tomatensauce mit Hokkaido-Brot, ein mediterranes Ceviche vom Wolfsbarsch mit Kefir und Gremolata, ein ganzer gerösteter Blumenkohl mit Tahini. Der Raum ist um eine offene Küche, eine lange Bar und ein DJ-Pult angelegt, und der Abend wird zur Party – mit wöchentlichen Taverna-Abenden und Kitchen Party.
