Akar, que significa «raíz», es el steakhouse de K Club en Kedisan, Tegallalang, al norte de Ubud, rodeado del verdor de la selva. Distribuido en dos plantas, con dos bares y una cocina abierta, asa a la brasa cortes australianos y japoneses, incluido el Wagyu, junto con mariscos, tuétano asado al carbón y una cuidada carta de vinos. Las noches de viernes y sábado la cena se vuelve festiva, con DJ en directo, bailarines y un espectáculo de láser. Akar ha ganado el premio a Best Luxury Steakhouse in Indonesia en los World Luxury Restaurant Awards.
