TERMS & CONDITIONS
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid photo identification upon entry. Acceptable forms of identification include a valid passport or a valid driver's license.
GUEST LIST POLICY
Complimentary Guestlist for Males and Females from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Reduced cover for Males and Females AFTER 7:00 pm.
Registration on the guest list does not guarantee complimentary entry. Guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend. Management reserves the right to deny entry, close events, or impose capacity restrictions at any time and for any reason. Guest list rules will apply each day.
DRESS CODE
Smart Casual. A visit to Zumana Beach Club is an occasion, so please dress for it. Proper swim attire to be worn in the pools at all times. We do not permit : Work Jeans or Denim; beer branded singlets; cut off clothing; or athletic sport wear. We appreciate your understanding and reserve the right to refuse entry or service to guests who do not meet the dress code requirements.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Re-entry is not permitted at Zumana Bali unless a table reservation has been purchased. Please see a Guest experience o cer prior to leaving the venue for re-entry.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All applicable health and safety protocols will be implemented and enforced throughout the venue.
SECURITY CHECKS
For the safety of all guests, all bags, backpacks, purses, and parcels are subject to inspection upon entry. Metal detection devices and body checks will be enforced.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Guests are not permitted to bring the following items into Zumana Bali: illegal drugs, outside food or beverages, candy, gum, toys, props, inflatables, tripods, drones, professional cameras or any sharp objects. This list is not exhaustive, and management reserves the right to refuse entry for any items deemed inappropriate.
