Rock Bar est le bar à flanc de falaise d'AYANA Bali, à Jimbaran : quelque 270 mètres de rochers au-dessus de l'océan, 880 places en 22 espaces. On y accède par un ascenseur incliné pour regarder le soleil se coucher sur la mer, puis les DJ prennent le relais. Cocktails inspirés des couleurs de la mer, tapas méditerranéennes autour des produits de la baie de Jimbaran. Ouvert aux visiteurs extérieurs sur réservation ; Round Deck réservé aux villas, Top Bar aux clients de l'hôtel. Règlement par carte ou QR seulement.
