Akar, yang berarti “akar”, adalah steakhouse milik K Club di Kedisan, Tegallalang, di utara Ubud, dikelilingi hijaunya hutan. Tersebar di dua lantai dengan dua bar dan dapur terbuka, Akar memanggang potongan daging Australia dan Jepang, termasuk Wagyu, di atas arang, disertai hidangan laut, sumsum tulang panggang arang, dan daftar wine pilihan. Setiap Jumat dan Sabtu malam, makan malam berubah meriah dengan DJ, penari, dan pertunjukan laser. Akar meraih penghargaan Best Luxury Steakhouse in Indonesia di World Luxury Restaurant Awards.
