Akar, que significa “raiz”, é a steakhouse do K Club em Kedisan, Tegallalang, ao norte de Ubud, cercada pelo verde da selva. Distribuída em dois andares, com dois bares e cozinha aberta, ela prepara na brasa cortes australianos e japoneses, incluindo Wagyu, além de frutos do mar, tutano assado no carvão e uma carta de vinhos cuidadosamente selecionada. Nas noites de sexta e sábado, o jantar ganha clima de festa, com DJs ao vivo, dançarinos e show de laser. O Akar conquistou o prêmio de Best Luxury Steakhouse in Indonesia no World Luxury Restaurant Awards.
