Riviera Bistroは、BerawaのJalan Pemelisan Agung沿いにある地中海料理レストラン兼ワインバー。PererenanのRiviera TrattoriaやCemagiのRiviera Cafeも手がけるRiviera Groupの原点となる店です。厨房では生パスタと地元の食材を使い、和牛と豚肉のラグーで仕上げるタリアテッレや、マグロのバットゥータを添えたカチョ・エ・ペペのリゾットなどを提供しています。充実したワインリスト、バーでのアペリティフ、キャンドルが灯るテーブルがお待ちしています。土曜の夜はPRÏVEへと姿を変え、カクテルとDJで盛り上がります。
