BELLA es un restaurante contemporáneo de cocina mediterránea y de Oriente Medio en Jalan Pantai Berawa, gestionado por The SEN Group. El chef ejecutivo Oğuz Karadoğan, que trabajó en Lokanta 1741 en Estambul, propone una carta a la leña pensada para compartir: albóndigas de cordero en una intensa salsa de tomate con pan Hokkaido, un ceviche mediterráneo de lubina con kéfir y gremolata, una coliflor entera asada con tahini. El salón gira en torno a una cocina abierta, una larga barra y una cabina de DJ, y la velada se convierte en fiesta, con noches Taverna y Kitchen Party cada semana.
