Sardine by K-Club est un restaurant de poissons et fruits de mer de Jalan Petitenget, à Seminyak : un bâtiment ouvert en bambou, avec terrasse, qui donne sur des rizières. La cuisine travaille la pêche du jour (thon albacore, Saint-Jacques, vivaneau) dans un registre méditerranéen moderne, avec les légumes de ses propres fermes et un menu végétarien. Les soirées peuvent se prolonger : Les Toilettes, le club caché sur place, accueille des DJ, et chaque mois The Gates of Bali réunit danseurs de feu et acrobates aériens.
