Executive Chef Carlos Barvo memimpin omakase musiman yang memadukan teknik Jepang dengan pengaruh Eropa dan Amerika Latin. Tamu bisa memilih Omakase Bar, meja onyx yang dipandu langsung oleh chef, Patio terbuka, atau Lounge untuk koktail dan hidangan berbagi, sementara bar-nya menyimpan lebih dari 40 label sake dan wiski Jepang. Menjelang larut, DJ mengambil alih. Dress code: smart casual.
