Miss Fishは、CangguのBerawa、Jalan Raya Semat沿いにある日本料理レストラン兼レイトナイトスポットで、2022年にオープンしました。エグゼクティブシェフのCarlos Barvoが手がけるのは、日本の技法にヨーロッパとラテンアメリカの要素を掛け合わせた季節のおまかせ。シェフが目の前で案内するオニキスのカウンター「Omakase Bar」、開放的な「Patio」、カクテルとシェアプレートを楽しむ「Lounge」から席を選べ、バーには40種類以上の日本酒とジャパニーズウイスキーが揃います。夜が更けるとDJが登場します。ドレスコードはスマートカジュアルです。
