Desa Kitsuné's guestlist is free to join and covers its two weekly garden parties, every Tuesday and every Friday. Registered guests get complimentary entry before the night's cutoff — which comes earlier for men than for women — then a reduced entry fee applies, and later in the night men pay the full entry fee. Some nights, many of them at the end of the year, are ticketed only, so check each date before you plan around it.

Two parties a week, in the Garden
Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village in the heart of Canggu, run by the Savaya Group with Maison Kitsuné, and twice a week its garden becomes the dance floor. The venue's own line is simple: parties "every Tuesday & Friday in our Garden, rain or shine".
- Tuesday is the guest night, with guest DJs on the decks.
- Friday — Desa Kitsune Friday — belongs to the island's own scene. In the venue's words it is about "celebrating and supporting local talent": the DJs are Bali based, from international backgrounds.
Beyond the two weekly nights there are occasional one-offs, a Halloween party for example, and each of those follows its own terms. The calendar above shows the nights that are currently published, each with its own guestlist or ticket details.
How the guestlist works
The list is run by the venue itself, on its own booking page, one page per night. FirstBali gives you the link to that page — through the Guestlist button on each night above, or from the concierge — and you register yourself.
The form asks for:
- the number of guests, split by female, male and unspecified;
- first name and surname, and gender;
- your "Island Status": living in Bali full time, here for a few months, or just visiting;
- your Instagram, your nationality and your email (WhatsApp, postcode and date of birth are optional);
- acceptance of the terms, and a captcha.
Once you have registered, the venue sends a digital ticket to the email you gave. That ticket is what you bring to the door, so use an address you can open on your phone.
Two rules catch people out. First, every person, every event: the terms say guests "are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend". A Tuesday registration does not carry over to Friday, and each member of your group has to be registered — or counted on the form — for the night you are going. Second, the details must be real. If false information is found in a registration, the request is not accepted.
Complimentary, reduced, full: the three tiers
Being on the list never costs anything. What it changes is what you pay at the door, and that depends on when you arrive.
- Before the cutoff: complimentary entry for registered guests.
- After the cutoff: a reduced entry fee.
- Later in the night, for men: the full entry fee.
At Desa Kitsuné the cutoff is earlier for men than for women, and it is set event by event. The exact times are on the night's guestlist page; read them there for the date you want rather than relying on what applied last week. FirstBali publishes no fee amounts — the night's page is the only reliable source for them.
If you are a group with men in it, the men's cutoff is the one to plan around. Leave dinner early rather than late.
Mixed groups, and what the list does not promise
The venue states plainly that mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. A group of men only can register like anyone else, but it is worth knowing the preference exists, and that the earlier cutoff applies to every man in the group.
Being registered is not the same as being let in. Desa Kitsuné's terms say that "management reserves the right to refuse entry at their discretion, even if a guestlist registration has been approved". Management can also cap capacity or close an event. Intoxicated guests are refused, the parties are 21 and over, and valid government ID may be asked for. What to wear is its own subject, with an unusually specific list of what is refused — read the Desa Kitsuné dress code before you choose an outfit.
End-of-year nights: often ticketed only
In November and December many Desa Kitsuné nights switch to ticketed only: no guestlist at all, entry with a ticket. Terms are set date by date, so a Friday in October and a Friday in December can work very differently. Never assume a date has a guestlist until its page shows one; if a night is ticketed only, there is simply no list to join.
When you want a table instead
The guestlist gets you through the door; it does not give you a place to sit. A table is the only way to a reserved space in the garden, and it carries a minimum spend that the venue sets for each night. The Table button on each night opens the venue group's own table map and pricing page when one is published — FirstBali quotes no figures itself. To book, tell the concierge the date and the size of your group: FirstBali books with the venue, and the table is yours once the venue has confirmed it. For how tables work across the island, see the Bali table booking guide.
Quick checklist
- Open the night's page from the calendar above and check that it shows a guestlist, not tickets only.
- Make sure every person in the group is registered for that event.
- Keep the digital ticket from your email ready on your phone.
- Note the cutoff for men and for women on that page, and arrive before it.
- Dress smart casual, bring ID, arrive sober.

Questions we get asked
+Is Desa Kitsuné free entry?
On guestlist nights, yes, before the cutoff: registered guests enter free, with an earlier cutoff for men than for women. After it a reduced entry fee applies, and later men pay the full fee. Some nights are ticketed only, with no guestlist.
+What nights are the Desa Kitsuné parties?
Every Tuesday and every Friday in the garden, rain or shine. Tuesdays bring guest DJs; Fridays feature Bali-based DJs from international backgrounds. There are occasional one-off nights too.
+How do I get on the Desa Kitsuné guestlist?
Open the night's guestlist page — FirstBali gives you the link — and fill in the form: guests by gender, names, Island Status, Instagram, nationality and email. The venue then emails you a digital ticket. Every person registers for each event separately.
+Is the Desa Kitsuné guestlist cutoff different for men and women?
Yes. Complimentary entry ends earlier for men than for women, and men move to a full-price tier later in the night. The exact times are set per event and shown on that night's guestlist page.
+Does being on the Desa Kitsuné guestlist guarantee entry?
No. The venue's terms say management may refuse entry at its discretion even if a guestlist registration has been approved, and it can cap capacity or close an event. Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
+Is there a guestlist at Desa Kitsuné in December?
Not always. Many Desa Kitsuné nights in November and December are ticketed only, with no guestlist. Terms are set date by date, so check the page of the night you want.
