How to register for a Bali guestlist, step by step
Open the night on /events, press Guestlist, fill in the venue's form for each person and look for the digital ticket in your email. How it works at Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné.

To get on the guestlist at Savaya, Zumana or Desa Kitsuné, you open the night you want, press Guestlist, and fill in the venue's own form: how many guests, then your name, gender, island status, Instagram, nationality and email. Once you submit, the venue sends a digital ticket to the email you gave. Each person registers for each event, and a night that is ticketed only has no form at all.
FirstBali's part is the link: it takes you to the right night's guestlist page. The registration itself is yours, and the list belongs to the venue.
Step by step
- Open the night. Go to the events page, or use the link FirstBali sent you, and pick the venue and the date. Every night is its own event with its own page.
- Press Guestlist. It opens the venue's guestlist page for that night. If there is no Guestlist button, the night is probably ticketed only — see below.
- Count your group. The form first asks how many guests: female, male or unspecified.
- Fill in your details. First name and surname, gender, "Island Status" (you live in Bali full time, you are here for a few months, or you are just visiting), Instagram, nationality and email. WhatsApp, zip code and date of birth are optional.
- Accept the terms. Read them: they are the night's rules, including the cutoff for complimentary entry.
- Complete the captcha and submit.
- Check your email. "You will receive a digital ticket at the email specified." That ticket is what you bring.
Each person, each event
The venues' terms are explicit: "Guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend." Two things follow.
- Each person. The form counts your group, but the safest way is for every guest to register with their own details, so each name exists on the list.
- Each event. Being registered for Tuesday says nothing about Friday. Going twice in one week means registering twice.
Use your real details
"If any fake information is entered into the guest list form, you will not be added." At Desa Kitsuné, false information means the request is not accepted. Use your real name, your real email and an Instagram account that is yours. It also helps at the door: the name on the list and the name on your ID should be the same person.
I registered but got nothing
Work through these in order:
- Look in spam and promotions. Automated emails often land there. Search your inbox for the venue's name.
- Check the email address you typed. One wrong letter and the ticket goes nowhere.
- Check that each person registered. A friend who was only counted, or who registered for a different date, has no ticket of their own.
- Check the date. It is easy to open next week's night by mistake.
If you still have nothing, ask the concierge with the venue and the date. FirstBali can send you the right link again; the list itself is the venue's.
Nights with no form: ticketed only
Some nights are "ticketed only": no guestlist at all. That is often the case for big headliners at Savaya and Zumana, and for many nights at Desa Kitsuné in November and December. Official tickets are sold only through the venue's own channel, and tickets bought elsewhere are refused. Terms change from date to date, so read the night's page rather than last week's.
At the door
Bring two things:
- The digital ticket from your email.
- A valid ID. All three venues are 21+. Savaya and Zumana ask for a valid photo ID — a passport or a driver's licence; Desa Kitsuné may ask for a valid government ID. More in the age limit guide.
Then the door rules apply as they do to everyone: dress code, sobriety, and a preference for mixed groups and couples. Arrive before the cutoff shown on the night's page — after it, a reduced entry fee applies instead of complimentary entry. Why a registration does not always mean entry is covered in the guestlist cutoff explained.

Questions we get asked
+How do I register for the Savaya guestlist?
Open the night on firstbali.com/events, press Guestlist and fill in Savaya's form: number of guests, name, gender, island status, Instagram, nationality and email. Accept the terms, complete the captcha, and the digital ticket arrives at the email you gave.
+I registered for the guestlist but didn't get an email. What do I do?
Check your spam and promotions folders, then the email address you typed and the date you registered for. If the form was filled in with false information, the venue does not add you; register with your real details.
+Does every person in my group have to register?
The venues' terms say guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend. The safest way is for each person to fill in the form with their own details.
+What do I show at the door with a Bali guestlist?
The digital ticket from your email and a valid ID. Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné are all 21+; Savaya and Zumana accept a passport or a driver's licence.
+Why is there no Guestlist button for a night?
Some nights are ticketed only, with no guestlist at all — often big headliners. Official tickets are sold only through the venue's own channel; tickets bought elsewhere are refused.
+Do I need to register again for another night?
Yes. Each registration covers one event, so a second night means a second registration on that night's page.
