Bali guestlist tonight: how to get on one the same day

Yes, you can join a Bali guestlist on the day: open tonight's events, check the night is not ticketed only, register each person, then arrive before the cutoff on the night's page.

Yes, you can join a guestlist in Bali on the same day, as long as tonight's event has one and the venue has not closed it. Open the Tonight tab on the events page, check that the night is not ticketed only, and have each person in your group register on that night's own guestlist page; a digital ticket then arrives by email. Arrive before the cutoff shown on that page: joining is free, but it never guarantees entry.

These are the coming nights at Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné. A Guestlist button means the venue has opened a list for that date. A night that shows only the Table button is ticketed only, and its event page says so.

Step 1: see what is on tonight

On the events page, pick Tonight. Savaya and Zumana are open daily; Desa Kitsuné holds its parties every Tuesday and Friday in its Garden, "rain or shine". So on a Tuesday or a Friday you have three venues to choose from, and on other days usually two. Which venue runs which kind of night, day by day, is in a Bali guestlist for every night of the week.

Step 2: check the night is not ticketed only

Some nights have no guestlist at all. These are usually the headliner nights, and the terms change from one date to the next, so last week's experience tells you nothing about tonight. On FirstBali, a ticketed-only night shows only the Table button. If that is tonight's case, skip to the last section of this guide.

Step 3: register everyone, on tonight's page

Open the night's guestlist page from its Guestlist button. It is the venue's own registration page: FirstBali sends you there, and you fill it in yourself. The rule is written plainly: "Guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend." One person registering for the whole group does not cover the others, and a registration for another night does not carry over to tonight.

The form asks for your group by female, male or unspecified, your name, your "Island Status", your Instagram, your nationality and an email address; the field-by-field walkthrough is in how to register for a Bali guestlist. Use real details: entries with fake information are not added. The venues also state that "Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred."

Step 4: wait for the digital ticket

In the venues' words: "You will receive a digital ticket at the email specified." Before you leave, make sure it has reached the inbox you gave. If an address was mistyped, this is the moment to find out, not at the door.

Step 5: arrive before tonight's cutoff

The guestlist gives complimentary entry before the night's cutoff and a reduced entry fee after it. The cutoff is not the same everywhere:

  • Savaya: complimentary entry before the cutoff shown on that night's page, reduced entry after.
  • Zumana: on its regular days, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, complimentary entry runs during an afternoon window, with reduced entry after. On those days a same-day guestlist is a daytime plan. Headliner nights set their own terms.
  • Desa Kitsuné: the cutoff is earlier for men than for women, reduced entry follows, and later in the night a full-price tier applies to men. A mixed group that wants everyone in on guestlist terms should plan around the earlier cutoff.

We do not print the times because they change; the night's page shows them. More on how cutoffs work in the Bali guestlist cutoff guide.

Step 6: dress and ID

All three venues are 21 and over. Savaya asks for valid photo ID, a passport or a driver's licence; at Desa Kitsuné valid government ID may be required. Bring yours wherever you go. The dress code is smart casual at all three, with differences in detail: flip-flops are not permitted at Zumana or Desa Kitsuné, for instance. Check the dress code of the venue you choose before leaving; the ID rules are in the age limit guide.

Why registering earlier in the day helps

None of this buys priority: registering early does not hold a place inside, and management can close an event or cap capacity at any moment. What it does is remove the usual reasons a same-day plan fails:

  • Every person has to register. Getting a whole group to fill in a form, one by one, takes longer than it sounds.
  • The ticket comes by email. Time to check it arrived, and to fix a typo.
  • Zumana's regular days run in the afternoon. Registering once the window has passed leaves only the reduced-entry part of the day.
  • The ride is part of the plan. Arriving before the cutoff depends on leaving in time; FirstBali can arrange a car with driver.

If the list is closed or tonight is ticketed only

  • A ticket. Official tickets are sold only through each venue's own ticketing channel, and tickets bought anywhere else are refused at the door. At Savaya, tickets are primarily for standing room only.
  • A table. It is the only reserved space, with a minimum spend the venue sets for each night. The Table button opens the venue group's own table map and pricing page when one is published. FirstBali books the table with the venue on your behalf, and it is yours only once the venue has confirmed it. For tonight, ask the concierge as early in the day as you can, so the venue has time to answer. At Savaya and Zumana, re-entry is only allowed with a table reservation.
  • Another venue. If one night is ticketed only, another of the three may have a list tonight: look again at the Tonight tab.

When the weather turns

Events can be cancelled for inclement weather, and guestlist registrations are not transferable to another night. If tonight is cancelled, register again for the next event you want.

Where FirstBali fits

FirstBali sends you the link to tonight's guestlist page and helps you pick the night that suits your group; you register yourself. For a reserved space, FirstBali books a table with the venue. Both go through the concierge, on the site or on WhatsApp.

Questions we get asked

+Can I get on a guestlist in Bali tonight?

Yes, if tonight's event has a guestlist and the venue has not closed it. Open the Tonight tab on the FirstBali events page, use the night's Guestlist button and have each person register; a digital ticket arrives by email.

+Which Bali clubs have a guestlist tonight?

It depends on the day and the event. Savaya and Zumana are open daily and Desa Kitsuné parties on Tuesdays and Fridays; a night with a list shows a Guestlist button on the FirstBali events page, and a ticketed-only night shows only the Table button.

+How late can I register for a Bali guestlist on the same day?

You can register as long as the night's guestlist page accepts registrations. Complimentary entry depends on arriving before the cutoff shown on that page, so registering earlier in the day leaves time to receive the ticket and get there.

+Is a same-day guestlist in Bali still free?

Yes. Joining costs nothing whenever you register; it gives complimentary entry before the night's cutoff and a reduced entry fee after it.

+Does everyone in my group have to register for tonight?

Yes. The venues require guests to register individually for each event they wish to attend, so each person fills in the form on tonight's page.

+What can I do if tonight is ticketed only in Bali?

Buy an official ticket through the venue's own ticketing channel, since tickets bought elsewhere are refused at the door, or ask the FirstBali concierge to book a table with the venue, which is yours once the venue confirms it. Another venue may also have a list tonight.

+Does a last-minute guestlist guarantee entry?

No. The venues state that registration on the guest list does not guarantee complimentary entry, and management can refuse entry, close an event or cap capacity at any time.
