Book a table tonight in Bali: how last-minute works

Want a table tonight in Bali? How FirstBali asks the venue on the same day, what to send so the answer comes faster, and why nothing is guaranteed until the venue confirms.

Updated October 21, 2026 · 4 min read

Yes, you can ask for a table tonight in Bali: send the venue, the number of guests and your name to the concierge, and FirstBali asks the venue straight away. Whether a table is still free is the venue's answer, not ours, so nothing is guaranteed until the venue confirms it. If what you want is a free guestlist instead, that is on the night's own page.

How a same-day request works

FirstBali does not hold tables in reserve and has no live view of a venue's floor plan. What it does is ask, quickly, on your behalf:

  1. You send the request to the concierge: venue, date, number of guests, and the name for the booking.
  2. FirstBali asks the venue and tells you what it answers: a table, a different area, or no.
  3. The venue sets the terms of that table for the night, including its minimum spend, and any deposit follows the venue's own terms. A deposit is not a confirmation.
  4. The table is yours once the venue confirms it, and only then.

An assistant answers at any hour; the team handles requests through the Bali day and evening. A request sent late at night is picked up by the team the next morning, which matters for a same-day plan: the earlier in the day you ask, the more room the venue has to answer.

What to send so the answer comes faster

  • One venue first, and a second choice. If the first answer is no, the concierge can move straight on.
  • The exact number of guests, and how many are men and women for the clubs: the three partner clubs say mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
  • The name on the booking and the photo ID everyone will carry: Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné are all 21+ with a valid passport or driver's licence.
  • Flexibility on the area: a sofa away from the stage may be free when the front row is not.

Tonight at Savaya, Zumana or Desa Kitsuné

At the three flagship partners, every night has its own page with its own table map, opened from the Table button on the flyer. A table is the only reserved space in the venue; its minimum spend is set by the venue for that night, and on the Savaya and Zumana maps it includes food and beverage credit.

  • Savaya, on the clifftop in Pecatu, Uluwatu, is open daily; at weekends international headliners take the stage, and the busiest nights are the hardest to ask for late. Re-entry is only with a table. See our Savaya table booking guide.
  • Zumana, at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group beach club, runs nights through the week, with Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. Re-entry is only with a table. See our Zumana table booking guide.
  • Desa Kitsuné in Canggu holds its garden parties on Tuesdays and Fridays, rain or shine. See our Desa Kitsuné table booking guide.

If you only want to get in: the guestlist

A guestlist is not a table and FirstBali runs no list of its own. At the three partner clubs the lists belong to the venues: each guest registers individually on the night's page, linked from the Guestlist button on the events page, and receives a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after. Some nights are ticketed only, and the terms can change from one night to the next, so read the page for tonight rather than last week's. Registering does not guarantee entry: management decides at the door. Our guestlist tonight guide walks through it.

Restaurants and beach clubs tonight

The same approach works beyond the clubs. For a dinner tonight, the concierge asks the restaurant just as it asks a club; for a daybed tomorrow, asking the evening before gives the venue time to answer. Our beach club daybed guide and table booking guide explain how each kind of venue handles its reservations.

What FirstBali will not tell you

FirstBali will not say a table is "available" before the venue has said so, will not quote an amount on the venue's behalf, and will not promise entry. If the venue says no, the concierge tells you plainly and can ask another venue instead. If you also need a ride, a car with a driver can be requested in the same conversation.

Questions we get asked

+Can I book a table for tonight in Bali?

You can ask: FirstBali sends your request to the venue straight away. Whether a table is free is the venue's answer, and it is yours only once the venue confirms.

+Does FirstBali guarantee a last-minute table?

No. FirstBali holds no tables in reserve; it asks the venue and tells you what it answers.

+What if I send the request late at night?

An assistant answers at any hour, but the team handles requests through the Bali day and evening, so a late-night request is picked up the next morning.

+Is a deposit a confirmation?

No. Any deposit follows the venue's terms; the table is confirmed only when the venue confirms it.

+Can FirstBali put me on tonight's guestlist?

FirstBali runs no list. Each guest registers on the night's page, linked from the events page, and the terms of that night are shown there.

+What is the minimum spend on a table tonight?

It is set by the venue for each night and confirmed with the venue; FirstBali never quotes it.
