Ocean Edge, The Cube Sofas, Dance Floor, Grotto VIP: the table areas Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné name on their own maps, what each position is like, and how FirstBali asks for one.

At Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné, a VIP table is a named area on the venue's own map for that night: Ocean Edge, The Cube Sofas, Dance Floor, Main Deck, Cabanas and others. The area decides what your night looks like — the sea, the stage or the crowd — and each one carries a minimum spend the venue sets per night, as food and beverage credit at Savaya and Zumana. FirstBali asks for the area you want; the table is yours once the venue confirms it.

How the maps work

Each night has its own table map, opened from the flyer's Table button on the events page when the venue publishes one. The map names the areas, marks some "SOLD OUT" as they go and others "available on request", and sets the terms for that night. Which areas exist on a given night changes: a weeknight and a headliner weekend are not the same map. A table is the only reserved space in these clubs, and at Savaya and Zumana it is also the only way to leave and come back in.

Savaya: the areas on its maps

Savaya sits on the Uluwatu clifftop, above the Indian Ocean, around The Cube. Its maps list:

  • The Cube Sofas — around the landmark that frames Savaya's horizon, the seats for the sunset.
  • Ocean Edge View — along the cliff edge, the view first.
  • Dance Floor Sofas and DJ Sofas — in the energy, close to the booth.
  • Main Deck Sofas — the middle of the club, between view and floor.
  • Daybeds and the Lounge — a softer, more relaxed way to settle in.
  • Cabanas and Bungalows — covered, more private spaces for a larger group.

Savaya is DJ Mag's number-one club in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026, according to DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs. The detail of its maps is in Savaya table booking.

Zumana: the areas on its maps

Zumana is the Savaya Group's beach club at Sunset Bay, Kuta, built around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces and an open-air dance floor. Its maps name daybeds and sofas after where they sit:

  • Ocean Edge daybeds and sofas — the beachfront line.
  • Dance Floor daybeds and sofas — next to the floor.
  • Main Deck sofas — the centre of the club.
  • Cabanas — covered and set apart.
  • Grotto VIP and Back Stage — a few distinct spaces, some marked "price available on request".

On a headliner night, sofas and cabanas are marked "SOLD OUT" one by one, and several categories note that guaranteeing a specific daybed, sofa or cabana, rather than one of that type, means an additional charge set by Zumana. More in Zumana table booking.

Desa Kitsuné: the Garden

Desa Kitsuné is the Savaya Group's village in Canggu, and its parties take over the Garden every Tuesday and Friday, rain or shine. The venue describes the Garden with a pool, bars, cabanas, bungalows, daybeds, terrace tables, DJ sofas and backstage sofas. That is the garden's furniture, not a promise for every night: which spaces are sold as tables, and on what terms, is what that night's map shows. See Desa Kitsuné table booking.

Choosing an area (our advice)

This part is advice, not any venue's rule.

  1. For the sunset, ask for the sea: The Cube Sofas or Ocean Edge View at Savaya, Ocean Edge at Zumana.
  2. For the music, ask for the floor: Dance Floor or DJ Sofas.
  3. For a conversation, or a group that mixes dancers and talkers, the Main Deck sits between the two.
  4. For a large group or a celebration, a cabana or a bungalow gives the group its own space.
  5. Have a second choice. Areas sell out, and a flexible request is answered faster.

How FirstBali books an area

Tell the concierge the club, the date, how many you are, the area you hope for and a second choice, and the occasion if there is one. FirstBali asks the venue, passes on its answer and its terms for that night, and you decide. The table is yours only once the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. Every guest still needs to be 21 or over with a valid photo ID, and the door applies the dress code. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked

+What are the table areas at Savaya?

Savaya's maps list the Lounge, Daybeds, The Cube Sofas, Dance Floor Sofas, DJ Sofas, Main Deck Sofas, Ocean Edge View, Cabanas and Bungalows, with the offer changing night by night.

+What are the VIP areas at Zumana?

Zumana's maps name Ocean Edge, Dance Floor and Main Deck daybeds and sofas, Cabanas, and a few spaces such as Grotto VIP and Back Stage.

+Which area is best for the sunset at Savaya?

The Cube Sofas and Ocean Edge View face the horizon. Ask early for them, with a second choice.

+Can I guarantee a specific sofa?

Ask, and FirstBali passes on the venue's answer. At Zumana and on some Savaya maps, guaranteeing a specific spot rather than one of that type carries an additional charge set by the venue.

+Does a VIP table guarantee entry?

A confirmed table is your reserved space, but every guest must be 21 or over with valid photo ID and meet the dress code; the door has the last word.

+Is the minimum spend the same for every area?

No. The venue sets it per area and per night, and at Savaya and Zumana it is food and beverage credit. FirstBali passes on the venue's terms for your date.
