A wedding car in Bali, chauffeured: Rolls-Royce Ghost, Mercedes-Benz S400, BMW 730Li or Toyota Alphard, plus cars for the family. How to plan the day's moves and what to tell the concierge.

For a wedding car in Bali, FirstBali's fleet offers four chauffeured limousines: a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Mercedes-Benz S400, a BMW 730Li and a Toyota Alphard Facelift, all with a driver and all on request. Most couples take one for themselves and add larger cars with drivers for family and the wedding party. Tell the concierge the date and the route; it checks the cars for your day and comes back with the terms before anything is agreed.
Choosing the couple's car
The car carries the couple, but it also sets the arrival in the photographs. Choose it for the moment you picture:
- Rolls-Royce Ghost — the classic wedding arrival, the car people turn to look at.
- Mercedes-Benz S400 — elegant and understated, for a couple who want comfort more than ceremony.
- BMW 730Li — the long-wheelbase 7 Series, with more room in the back, which helps with a full dress.
- Toyota Alphard Facelift — the large Toyota people-carrier, for a couple who want to travel with parents or witnesses beside them.
Each car's page is on the transport page; the photos show the model, not necessarily the exact car, and the concierge confirms the car itself before you book. For more on each model, read limousine service in Bali.
Cars for family and guests
A wedding day moves more people than the couple. Plan the rest of the fleet at the same time:
- Parents and witnesses in an Alphard or a Toyota Innova Zenix with a driver, travelling just behind the couple.
- The wedding party in a Toyota Hiace Premio minibus with a driver, so everyone arrives together. See vans with a driver.
- Guests from the airport on arrival day, organised as transfers — the airport transfer guide explains how to send flight numbers.
Booking everything in one request means one plan, one set of names and one team watching the timings.
Planning the day's moves
A wedding has more legs than it seems. Write them down before you ask for a car:
- Getting ready: villa or hotel to the ceremony, often with a stop for photographs.
- Ceremony to reception, if they are in different places.
- Reception to the after-party, if there is one.
- The end of the night: a car on standby for the couple, and cars for the guests who are not staying on site.
Give the concierge every address, who travels in which car, and roughly how long you expect each part to last. The driver waits; you do not watch the clock. If the wedding is at a beach club — White Rock Beach Club, on Melasti Beach near Uluwatu, lists weddings and events among what it does — say so, so the arrival point is agreed with the venue.
Decoration
Ribbons, flowers, a sign on the back: tell the concierge what you have in mind. It checks with the car's owner what can be arranged for your date rather than assuming it, and tells you before anything is agreed. Do not plan the photographs around a decoration until it has been confirmed.
The rehearsal dinner and the after-party
Many couples use the same cars the night before and the night after. A rehearsal dinner with a view — the Sunset Theater at El Kabron, or the dining venues of The Apurva Kempinski in Nusa Dua — works well with a limousine for the couple and a minibus for the guests.
El Kabron
Beach clubs · Uluwatu
El Kabron stands on the limestone cliffs of Pecatu in Uluwatu, above the Indian Ocean, and has been open since 2011. It has three parts: the Hedonism Lounge, an adults-only infinity-pool area with daybeds and sofas; the Sunset Theater at the cliff edge, set up for sunset dinners; and a Mediterranean restaurant serving seafood, oysters, paella and steak. Its sunset parties bring DJs with live saxophone, violin and trumpet, with the White Sunset Party, the Afro House Sunset Party and pool parties among the weekly regulars.
The Apurva Kempinski
Restaurants · Nusa Dua
The Apurva Kempinski Bali is a five-star resort on the cliffs of Nusa Dua, facing the Indian Ocean, and its dining spreads across several venues. Koral, which the hotel presents as Bali's first aquarium restaurant, serves set and tasting menus beside the tanks, adults only at dinner. Izakaya by OKU is a sister to OKU in Jakarta; Reef Beach Club sits on the sand beside a 42-metre infinity pool; Bai Yun serves hot pot and dim sum; L'Atelier by Cyril Kongo is a lounge with ocean views and Mediterranean tapas.
For the party after the reception, the wedding after-party guide covers the options; a driver who stays for the evening is the simple way home. Some of Bali's clubs are strictly 21+ with photo ID, so check the age of younger guests before planning the night.
What to send the concierge
- The wedding date and every address on the route.
- The car you want for the couple, with a second choice.
- How many people travel with the family and with the wedding party.
- Any decoration you hope for.
- A contact on the day who is not the couple.

Questions we get asked

The chauffeured limousines are a Rolls-Royce Ghost, a Mercedes-Benz S400, a BMW 730Li and a Toyota Alphard Facelift. All are on request with a driver.
+Can the wedding car be decorated?
Tell the concierge what you have in mind; it checks with the car's owner what can be arranged for your date and tells you before anything is agreed.
+Can I self-drive the wedding car?
No: the limousines come with a driver. That is the point on a wedding day — nobody in the couple or the family has to drive.

Yes, ask in the same request: the Alphard, the Innova Zenix or a Hiace Premio minibus, all with a driver, plus airport transfers on arrival day.
+Is the car in the photo the exact car I get?
The photos show the model and colour, not necessarily the exact car. The concierge confirms the car itself before you book.
+When is my wedding car confirmed?
When the owner has confirmed it for your date and the concierge has told you so, with the terms. Until then it is a request.
