Desa Kitsuné headliner nights: guest DJs in the garden
Desa Kitsuné's big names play on Tuesdays, its guest DJ night, and at special one-off events. Each night sets its own terms: free guestlist, ticketed only, or both, plus garden tables.

At Desa Kitsuné, the headliner nights are mostly Tuesdays: the garden's Tuesday party is its guest DJ night, while Friday showcases Bali-based DJs. On top of the two weekly nights, the venue announces special monthly events and occasional one-offs. Each headliner night sets its own terms: some carry the venue's free guestlist, some are ticketed only, and a table is the only reserved space. Check the night itself, in the calendar below, before you plan.

Where the big names fall in the week
- Tuesday, the guest night. The decks go to guest DJs, so this is the night a visiting name is most likely to play.
- Friday, Desa Kitsune Friday. In the venue's words, "celebrating and supporting local talent", with DJs who are Bali based, from international backgrounds. Not a headliner night in the touring sense.
- Special and one-off nights. Monthly specials and occasional dates on other days, including the festive season, each with their own terms.
All of it happens in the garden, "rain or shine", in a 5,000 m² village in Canggu run by the Savaya Group with Maison Kitsuné. The difference between the two weekly nights is set out in Desa Kitsuné on Tuesday or Friday.
Three ways in, decided night by night
- The guestlist, when the night has one. Joining is free: you register yourself on the night's page and a digital ticket arrives by email. Entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on that page, earlier for men than for women, and reduced after it. Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry; management decides.
- A ticket, on ticketed-only nights. Some headliner nights carry no list at all. Buy only through the venue's own official channel, never from a reseller. See Desa Kitsuné tickets.
- A garden table. The only reserved space at the party. The venue sets its minimum spend per night, and the table map for the night opens from the flyer's Table button. FirstBali books it with the venue; it is yours once the venue confirms it.
Reading a headliner night
Terms change from one night to the next, and a night can open a list later. When a big name is announced:
- Look at that date only. Last week's Tuesday tells you nothing about this one.
- Guestlist button or not. A night showing only the Table button has no open list at that moment.
- Check again closer to the date. A ticketed-only night can still open a list later; it is not a promise.
- Register each person. Every guest registers individually, for each event.
Why the cutoff matters so much on a busy night is explained in the Bali guestlist cutoff guide.
Before a headliner night
- Age and ID. 21+ for every guest, with a current, valid photo ID such as a passport or a driver's licence.
- Dress. Smart casual; hard-sole shoes, boots, flip-flops, chains, baggy clothing and sportswear are refused. See the Desa Kitsuné dress code.
- Groups. "Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred."
- Dinner first. Ina Ré is on the same grounds, but a dinner booking does not put you on the list: see Desa Kitsuné from day to night.
- Getting home. Book a car with a driver both ways from the transport page.
Headliners across the group
Desa Kitsuné is the garden option in a group of three. Savaya, on the Uluwatu clifftop, holds its headliners at weekends; DJ Mag lists it in its Top 100 Clubs, number one in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026, according to DJ Mag and Savaya. Zumana, at Sunset Bay in Kuta, has its own headliner nights, covered in Zumana headliner nights. The island-wide picture is in Bali headliner nights.
How FirstBali helps
Send the concierge the night you have in mind. FirstBali tells you whether it is on the list or ticketed only, sends the link to the night's guestlist page where you register yourself, and books a garden table with the venue. Nothing is confirmed until the venue confirms it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening.
