Savaya guestlist: is it free and how do you get on it?

Joining the Savaya guestlist is free: complimentary entry before the night's cutoff, a reduced fee after. You register yourself for each event. It never guarantees entry.

Yes, the Savaya guestlist is free to join. On a night that has one, it gives you complimentary entry if you arrive before that night's cutoff, and a reduced entry fee after it. You register yourself, one event at a time, on the night's own guestlist page, and a digital ticket arrives by email. It does not guarantee entry, and the biggest headline nights are ticketed only, with no list at all.

Each night above carries its own Guestlist button when the venue has opened a list for that date. That page is the only place where the cutoff for that night is shown.

What the guestlist actually gives you

Being on the guestlist at Savaya, the clifftop club in Uluwatu, is not a free pass for the whole night. It is a two-step rule, and the step you land on depends on when you walk in:

  • Before the cutoff shown on the night's page: complimentary entry.
  • After the cutoff: a reduced entry fee. The venue sets it for each event; we do not quote it.

In both cases it is standing entry. The guestlist gives you no reserved space, no table and no right to leave and come back: at Savaya, re-entry is only permitted when a table reservation has been purchased. If you want a space of your own, that is a table, and the difference is laid out in ticket, guestlist or table at Savaya.

Is the Savaya guestlist free?

Joining costs nothing. The only entry cost the list can leave you with is the reduced fee, if you arrive after the cutoff. Inside, Savaya is a cashless venue, so do not count on paying in cash.

How to get on the list, step by step

  1. Choose the night. Use the calendar above or the events page, or ask the concierge for the link to the guestlist page of the date you want.
  2. Open that night's guestlist page. It is the venue's own registration page. FirstBali sends you there; you fill it in yourself.
  3. Fill in the form. It asks for the number of guests by female, male or unspecified; first name and surname; gender; your "Island Status" (living in Bali full time, here for a few months, or just visiting); your Instagram; your nationality; and an email address. WhatsApp, postcode and date of birth are optional. Then accept the terms and complete the captcha.
  4. Check your inbox. In the venue's words: "You will receive a digital ticket at the email specified." Keep that email; it is the record of your registration for that event.
  5. Arrive before the cutoff, aged 21 or over, with valid photo ID, dressed for the door. The rules are in the Savaya dress code guide.

The same form is used across the venue group; a broader walkthrough is in how to register for a Bali guestlist.

One registration, one event

The rule is written plainly: "Guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend." A registration for a Monday does not carry over to the Saturday, and a list you joined last week means nothing tonight. If you plan two Savaya nights, you register twice, on two pages.

Fill the form with real details. The terms are explicit: "If any fake information is entered into the guest list form, you will not be added."

Mixed groups and couples are preferred

The venue states that "Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred." The form asks how your group breaks down by female, male and unspecified, so declare it as it is: the door sees the same group you described.

What the guestlist does not do

  • It does not guarantee entry. In the venue's terms: "Registration on the guest list does not guarantee complimentary entry." Management can refuse entry, close an event or cap capacity at any time.
  • It does not exist every night. Some nights are ticketed only. Headline events such as Zamna and Jonas Blue have run that way at Savaya. On those dates there is no list to join, and official tickets are sold exclusively through the Savaya Bali Megatix channel.
  • It does not survive the weather. Events can be cancelled for inclement weather, and guestlist registrations are not transferable to another night.

Terms change from one date to the next, so the reference is always the night's own page, never last month's experience or a friend's screenshot.

When does the Savaya guestlist close?

Two different things can close, and it helps to keep them apart.

  • The cutoff is the moment complimentary entry ends for that event. It is set per event, it is not the same every night, and it is shown on the night's page. We do not print times in this guide because they change; read the page for your date.
  • The event itself can close or reach its capacity whenever management decides. Registering early does not hold a place inside.

How cutoffs work across the island is covered in the Bali guestlist cutoff guide.

Where FirstBali fits

FirstBali sends you the link to the right night's guestlist page and helps you choose which night suits your group; you register yourself. If you would rather have a reserved space, FirstBali books a table with Savaya on your behalf, and it is only yours once the venue has confirmed it. Both go through the concierge, on the site or on WhatsApp.
