Savaya ticket, guestlist or table: which do you need?

At Savaya, the guestlist is free and complimentary before the night's cutoff; ticketed-only nights need an official Megatix ticket; a table is the only reserved space.

You do not always need a ticket for Savaya. On nights with a guestlist, joining is free and gives complimentary entry before the cutoff shown on the night's page, with a reduced entry fee after it. On ticketed-only headline nights there is no list, and the only valid tickets are sold through the Savaya Bali Megatix channel. A table is the third way in, and the only one that gives you a reserved space.

Every night in the calendar above shows what it offers: a Guestlist button when the venue has opened a list, a Table button for reserved space. The night's page is the reference, because terms change from one date to the next.

The three ways into Savaya

The guestlist

  • Free to join. You register yourself on the night's guestlist page; a digital ticket arrives by email.
  • Complimentary entry before the cutoff shown on that page; a reduced entry fee after.
  • Per person, per event. "Guests are required to register individually for each event they wish to attend."
  • Standing entry, no guarantee. Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry; management can refuse entry, close an event or cap capacity at any time. Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
  • Not on every night. Ticketed-only nights have no list.

The full how-to is in the Savaya guestlist guide.

The ticket

  • Official channel only. Savaya's tickets are "exclusively sold through Savaya Bali Megatix Channel". Tickets bought anywhere else are refused at the door. FirstBali does not sell Savaya tickets.
  • Standing room. In the venue's words, "tickets are primarily for standing room only."
  • Required on ticketed-only nights. The biggest headline events, such as Zamna and Jonas Blue, have run with no guestlist at all. On those dates the guestlist is simply not an option; for a reserved space, ask about a table for that night.

The table

  • The only reserved space. A table is the one way to have a place of your own for the night.
  • A minimum spend set by the venue, night by night. We do not quote figures, and nobody should before the venue has answered for your date.
  • Re-entry allowed. At Savaya, re-entry is only permitted when a table reservation has been purchased; see a Guest Relation Officer before you step out.
  • Booked through FirstBali, with the venue. FirstBali books it on your behalf; it is yours once Savaya has confirmed it.

Which one do you need? A guide by situation

  • A couple on a weekday. Savaya Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, or Last Light on a Monday: take the guestlist if that night has one, register on its page and arrive before the cutoff. Couples are among the groups the venue says it prefers. More on Mondays in Savaya Last Light.
  • A group of eight on a headline Saturday. First check the night's page. If it is ticketed only, everyone needs an official ticket from the Megatix channel, or the group asks the concierge about a table for that date. If the group wants to stay together with a base for the night, a table is the answer; ask early, because the venue sets the minimum and the availability for each date.
  • Friends who want to move around and are happy standing. The guestlist, on a night that has one. Each event needs its own registration.
  • A birthday or a celebration. A table: it is the only reserved space, and the only option that lets anyone step out and come back.
  • You want to leave for dinner and return. Only a table allows re-entry. On the guestlist or a ticket, once you leave, you are out.
  • A group of friends that is not mixed. Declare your group honestly on the form; the venue states that mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred, and registration never guarantees entry. If a reserved space matters, ask about a table.
  • Someone offers you a ticket outside the official channel. Decline it. Tickets bought elsewhere are refused.
  • Plans that depend on the weather. The guestlist costs nothing to join. Events can be cancelled for inclement weather, and guestlist registrations are not transferable to another night.

Do I need a ticket for Savaya?

Only when the night requires one. On ticketed-only nights there is no guestlist, so you need a ticket from the Savaya Bali Megatix channel, or you ask the concierge about a table for that date. On nights with a guestlist, the list is the free way in, before the cutoff. Whatever you choose, the door rules still apply: strictly 21+ with a valid photo ID, smart casual, bags inspected. See the Savaya dress code.

How a table is booked through FirstBali

On each night in the calendar, the Table button opens the venue group's own table map and pricing page whenever one is published. Those are the venue's figures, on the venue group's page; we do not restate them. To book, tell the concierge the date and the size of your group. FirstBali books the table with Savaya on your behalf, and the table is yours once the venue has confirmed it. How table booking works across the island is in the Bali table booking guide.

Questions we get asked

+Do I need a ticket for Savaya?

Only on ticketed-only nights, which have no guestlist. On nights with a guestlist, joining is free and gives complimentary entry before the cutoff shown on the night's page, with a reduced entry fee after.

+Where can I buy official Savaya tickets?

Savaya tickets are sold exclusively through the Savaya Bali Megatix channel. Tickets bought anywhere else are refused at the door.

+What does ticketed only mean at Savaya?

It means the night has no guestlist: you need an official ticket from the Savaya Bali Megatix channel. Some big headline events run this way, and each night's page states its own terms.

+What is the difference between a Savaya ticket, the guestlist and a table?

The guestlist is free and gives standing entry, complimentary before the night's cutoff. A ticket is bought from the official Megatix channel and is primarily standing room. A table is the only reserved space, with a minimum spend set by the venue, and the only option that allows re-entry.

+What is the minimum spend for a table at Savaya?

Savaya sets it for each night, so it varies by date. The Table button on each night opens the venue group's own table map and pricing when it is published, and FirstBali books the table with the venue on your behalf.

+Can I leave Savaya and come back in with a ticket or the guestlist?

No. Savaya permits re-entry only when a table reservation has been purchased; with a table, speak to a Guest Relation Officer before you leave.
