25th birthday in Bali: a birthday weekend over two nights

Turning 25 in Bali: plan a birthday weekend of two nights, one on the venue's own guestlist and one at a table, across Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné, with FirstBali's concierge.

Updated November 8, 2026 · 4 min read

A 25th birthday in Bali works well as a weekend rather than a single night: one evening on the venue's own guestlist, where everyone registers and dances on the floor, and one evening at a table, the group's reserved base for the birthday itself. Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné, the three partner clubs of the Savaya Group, make an easy pair of nights. FirstBali books the table and the drivers with the venues; nothing is confirmed until the venue confirms it.

Why two nights rather than one

A single birthday night puts all the weight on one evening: if a flight lands late or the weather turns, the plan has no second chance. Two nights spread it out. The first is light and spontaneous, a night out together; the second is the birthday, planned around a table. For the one-big-night approach, read a 30th birthday in Bali; for the general toolkit, a birthday party in Bali.

Night one: the guestlist night

Each of the three clubs runs its own guestlist. Each guest registers individually for that event on the night's page, linked from the flyer's Guestlist button on the events page, and receives a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after it, and at Desa Kitsuné the cutoff is earlier for men.

Three points matter for a birthday group:

  1. Everyone registers. One registration does not cover friends; each person signs up.
  2. Nothing is guaranteed. The venues state that registration "does not guarantee complimentary entry"; management decides at the door.
  3. Mixed groups do better. All three say mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.

Some nights are ticketed only, with no list, and terms change per night. Check the night's page rather than assuming. More in the Bali guestlist guide.

Night two: the birthday table

The table is the only reserved space in the three clubs. At Savaya and Zumana it is also the only way to step out and come back in. Its minimum spend is set by the venue for each night, and the Savaya and Zumana table maps state that it includes food and beverage credit. Tell the concierge the date and how many you are; FirstBali asks the venue what that night's map offers. The table is yours once the venue confirms it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms without being a confirmation.

Pairing the clubs

Zumana, then Savaya

Zumana is the Savaya Group's beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, with beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces and an open-air dance floor, and its restaurant, Manuza, on site. Saturday is Ritual of the Sun; Wednesdays and Fridays are headliner nights. Savaya, on the clifftop at Pecatu, Uluwatu, brings international headliners at weekends and was named number one in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, as Savaya reports. A Friday at Zumana and a Saturday at Savaya keep the group in the south of the island.

Desa Kitsuné, then Savaya

Desa Kitsuné's garden becomes the party every Tuesday and Friday, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Dinner at Ina Ré, the village's restaurant, comes first. For a group staying in Canggu, a Friday garden party followed by a Savaya weekend night gives two very different settings.

Desa Kitsuné, then Zumana

A Tuesday in the garden and a Saturday at Ritual of the Sun suit a longer stay, with days free in between.

The day between

Keep the afternoon after night one gentle. A beach club day on daybeds, for instance at Atlas Beach Club in Berawa, or a long lunch, lets everyone recover before the birthday itself. See a beach club birthday if the group would rather celebrate by day.

The door, both nights

  • Photo ID for each person. All three venues are 21+ with a valid passport or driver's licence.
  • Smart casual. Check the club dress code before packing.
  • Savaya travels light. Cashless, bags searched, limited lockers, no luggage, no outside food or drink.

Cake and surprises

None of the three clubs publishes a birthday package, so FirstBali promises none. Tell the concierge what you have in mind; FirstBali checks with the venue what can be arranged for the date and tells you exactly what it has confirmed.

How FirstBali arranges it

Tell the concierge the two dates, the group size and where everyone stays. FirstBali sends the guestlist link for night one if that night has a list, books the birthday table and a dinner with the venues, and adds cars with drivers for both evenings. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked

+Where can I celebrate my 25th birthday in Bali?

Savaya in Uluwatu, Zumana in Kuta and Desa Kitsuné in Canggu pair well over a weekend: one night on the guestlist, one at a table.

+Does one guestlist registration cover my friends?

No. Each guest registers individually on the night's page and receives their own digital ticket by email.

+Is entry guaranteed on the guestlist?

No. The venues state that registration does not guarantee complimentary entry; management decides at the door.

+When is the birthday table confirmed?

When the venue confirms it. Any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation.

+Can a 25th birthday group include friends under 21?

Not at the three partner clubs: all are 21+ with a valid passport or driver's licence.

+Do the clubs offer a birthday cake or package?

None publishes one. FirstBali asks the venue what can be arranged for your date.
