Large group night out in Bali: tables, IDs and transport
A night out in Bali for ten or more works best with a table booked at Savaya, Zumana or Desa Kitsuné, every ID checked, and a minibus with a driver. How to plan it without losing anyone.

A large group night out in Bali — ten friends or more — works when three things are settled before anyone leaves the villa: a table booked with the club, a valid photo ID for every person, and one vehicle with a driver for the whole group. FirstBali arranges the table with Savaya, Zumana or Desa Kitsuné and the minibus through the concierge; the table is yours once the venue has confirmed it.
Why a big group needs a table
At Bali's big clubs, a table is the only reserved space. Guestlists exist on many nights, but each guest registers individually for each event, and the three venues say plainly that registration does not guarantee complimentary entry: management decides at the door. They also state that mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. A group of twelve arriving on a list, one by one, is the case most likely to go wrong.
A table changes that. It is booked once, in one name, for the whole group, and it gives everyone a place to come back to all night. Each table has a minimum spend set by the venue for that night; on the Savaya and Zumana table maps it includes a food and beverage credit. FirstBali asks the venue and gives you the figure for your date — nothing is quoted before that.
Which club for which group
Savaya, Uluwatu
Savaya sits on the clifftop at Pecatu. DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs poll ranked it number one in Asia from 2024 to 2026, and fifth in the world in 2026. For a big group it means weekend headliners, Monday's Last Light sunset sessions from The Cube, and Sundays. It is cashless, bags are searched, and luggage is not allowed. Re-entry is only for guests with a table. Savaya for a big group goes further.

Zumana opened at Sunset Bay in Kuta in August 2026, a Savaya Group property. Saturday is Ritual of the Sun, Sunday is Zumana Sunday, and the weeknights rotate. As at Savaya, re-entry is only with a table.

Desa Kitsuné, Canggu
Desa Kitsuné is a Savaya Group village in Canggu, with Ina Ré, Café Kitsuné and the Maison Kitsuné boutique alongside the garden. Its garden parties run on Tuesdays and Fridays, rain or shine — a good pick for a group staying around Canggu or Berawa.

Every person, every ID
All three clubs are 21+ and ask for a valid photo ID: a passport or a driver's licence. One friend without it can stop the whole group at the door. Before leaving:
- Check every ID, not just the organiser's.
- Check every outfit against the venue's dress code — see Bali club dress code.
- Leave bags and luggage at the villa, and anything a security search would hold back.
- Agree on a meeting point at the table, in case phones die.
Moving ten or more people
Splitting a big group into several cars means several arrivals, several waits at the door and someone always missing. One vehicle keeps the group together. The fleet FirstBali works with has three that suit:
- Toyota Hiace Premio — the minibus, with a driver, for the largest groups.
- Toyota Alphard Facelift — a chauffeured MPV, often paired with a second vehicle.
- Toyota Innova Zenix — with a driver, as the second car when the group is too big for one.
Every vehicle is delivered to your villa or the airport. Tell the concierge how many people are coming so everyone has a seat of their own; van with driver in Bali compares them. A driver also means nobody in the group drives after drinking.
Savaya Bali
Clubs · Uluwatu
Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.
Zumana
Beach clubs · Kuta
Zumana is a beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group property designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. Its centrepiece is ZENÍA, "The Eternal Host", a 10-metre sculpture by Daniel Popper made with Balinese artisans from Ubud, and its restaurant is Manuza. Open daily: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. 21+, smart casual.
Desa Kitsuné
Clubs · Canggu
Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village in the heart of Canggu — desa means village — set in a 5,000 m² garden by the Savaya Group with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné, the Ina Ré restaurant and a Maison Kitsuné boutique share the grounds, and every Tuesday and Friday the Garden becomes the party, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Parties are 21+, smart casual.
Bachelor and celebration groups
Stag and hen groups are welcome to ask, but the clubs' rules still apply: the dress code for everyone, ID for everyone, and the preference for mixed groups. A table and a calm arrival do more than any costume. Bali bachelor party covers the rest.
How FirstBali arranges it
Send the concierge the date, the club, how many people and the make-up of the group, and where you are staying. FirstBali asks the venue for a table and the vehicle from the fleet, then comes back with the venue's terms for that night. If the venue asks for a deposit, it follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation: the table is yours when the venue confirms it. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked
+Can a group of ten or more get into a Bali club?
Yes, but Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné state that mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred and that management decides at the door. A table booked in advance, once the venue has confirmed it, is the reliable way in.
+Can a big group use the guestlist instead of a table?
Each person registers individually for each event on the night's page, and registration does not guarantee complimentary entry. For a big group, a table is the only reserved space.
+How much is a table for a large group?
Each venue sets the minimum spend per night. FirstBali asks the venue for your date and gives you the venue's figure; nothing is quoted before that.
+What ID does everyone need?
All three clubs are 21+ and ask each guest for a valid photo ID, such as a passport or a driver's licence.
+How do we get a big group to the club?
FirstBali arranges a Toyota Hiace Premio minibus or an Alphard with a driver, delivered to your villa, with a second vehicle if the group needs one.
+Can we leave and come back during the night?
At Savaya and Zumana, re-entry is only for guests with a table.
