Pool party Bali: where to swim, dance and book a daybed
Bali's pool parties happen at beach clubs with DJs by the water: Zumana in Kuta, Savaya's clifftop pools, Atlas, Finns, Luna, White Rock and El Kabron. Swimwear rules differ; here is how to choose and book.

A pool party in Bali means a beach club or a clifftop club with a DJ playing beside the water, from the afternoon into sunset. The flagship options are Zumana at Sunset Bay in Kuta, with its poolside spaces and open-air dance floor, and Savaya on the cliffs of Uluwatu, with its pools facing the Indian Ocean. Around them, Atlas, Finns, Luna, White Rock and El Kabron each build their day around a pool. A daybed by the water is the seat to book; the dress rules differ from one venue to the next.

Zumana: the beach, the pool and the dance floor
Zumana is "a Savaya Group property", a beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor, watched over by ZENÍA, Daniel Popper's sculpture "The Eternal Host". It is open daily, and its week gives a pool day several shapes: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are the regular days, with a complimentary guestlist during an afternoon window; Wednesdays and Fridays bring headliners; Saturday is Ritual of the Sun. Swimwear: Zumana's dress code is smart casual, "upscale beach chic", and swimwear is for the pools only. Flip-flops, work jeans or denim, beer-branded singlets, cut-off clothing and athletic sportswear are not permitted. Bring something to wear over your swimsuit when you leave the water.
Savaya: pools on the cliff
Savaya is not a beach club: it is a clifftop club in Pecatu, "100 metres above the Indian Ocean", with pools and The Cube framing the horizon. Its Monday is Last Light, a sunset event, and weekends mostly bring international headliners. Savaya's rule is the same as Zumana's: swimwear in the pools only, smart casual everywhere else, no work denim, beer-branded singlets, cut-off clothing or athletic sportswear. The door is strictly 21+ with a valid photo ID.

Zumana is a beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group property designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. Its centrepiece is ZENÍA, "The Eternal Host", a 10-metre sculpture by Daniel Popper made with Balinese artisans from Ubud, and its restaurant is Manuza. Open daily: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. 21+, smart casual.
Savaya Bali

Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.
Beach clubs built around a pool

- Atlas Beach Club, Berawa: beanbags on the sand beside a vast pool and a pool bar where DJs play through the day, with daily shows and a Party Side in front of the stage.
- Finns Beach Club, Berawa: adults-only, several party zones with pools, swim-up bars, private cabanas and an all-day party every day with resident DJs and live singers.
- Luna Beach Club, Tabanan: on the cliffs by Nyanyi Beach, two pools, jumping platforms and a water slide, with DJs through sunset.

Atlas Beach Club

Atlas Beach Club sits on Berawa Beach and bills itself as the biggest beach club in the world. Its signature beanbags sit right on the sand facing the sea, beside a vast pool and a pool bar where DJs play through the day. Daybeds and sofas are spread across distinct zones, from The Deck restaurant overlooking the beach to the Party Side in front of the stage. Daily shows draw on the four elements, and a beachfront padel court and a 100-metre flying fox complete the site.
Finns Beach Club

FINNS Beach Club stretches along the beachfront at Berawa, in Canggu, under a bamboo structure designed by PBM Architecture. It is adults-only and divided into several party zones, from FINNS Beach Party and FINNS Garden Party to FINNS Grey Goose Party and FINNS VIP Party, with pools, swim-up bars, private cabanas, dance floors and restaurants spread across the site. Resident DJs and live singers keep an all-day party going every day, and the club also hosts private events, birthdays and corporate groups.
Luna Beach Club

Luna Beach Club is perched on the cliffs of the Tabanan coast, inside Nuanu Creative City by Nyanyi Beach, west of Canggu. Its bamboo architecture by Inspiral Architects won a Silver award for sustainable and green architecture at the 2024 International Architecture & Design Awards. The complex brings together two pools, jumping platforms and a water slide, Restaurant 369, the Utopia Cave Club and the Gardenia bamboo tree pods. DJs play through sunset, and evenings bring fire and light shows.
White Rock Beach Club

White Rock Beach Club sits on Melasti Beach in Ungasan, near Uluwatu, at the end of the cliff. Guests settle on daybeds, sofas or cabanas around a lagoon pool and a rock pool; families have a kids' pool and a kids' menu. There is a spa, a large covered restaurant serving local and international dishes, and enclosed, air-conditioned party suites overlooking the pool and the ocean. Resident DJs play every day, and foam parties run at weekends. The club also hosts weddings and events.
El Kabron
Beach clubs · Uluwatu
El Kabron stands on the limestone cliffs of Pecatu in Uluwatu, above the Indian Ocean, and has been open since 2011. It has three parts: the Hedonism Lounge, an adults-only infinity-pool area with daybeds and sofas; the Sunset Theater at the cliff edge, set up for sunset dinners; and a Mediterranean restaurant serving seafood, oysters, paella and steak. Its sunset parties bring DJs with live saxophone, violin and trumpet, with the White Sunset Party, the Afro House Sunset Party and pool parties among the weekly regulars.

Which one suits you
- A party with a dance floor after the swim: Zumana, or Savaya on a headliner weekend.
- A long, loud afternoon in Canggu: Atlas or Finns.
- Slides and jumping into the water: Luna.

What to wear and bring
Pack a swimsuit and a proper outfit over it. Savaya and Zumana both keep swimwear to the pools, and Zumana refuses flip-flops, so arrive in sandals or shoes that pass the door. Bring a valid photo ID for the 21+ venues, and keep a small bag: bags are inspected at Savaya, which is cashless. The rest is in the Bali club dress code.
How to book a poolside daybed
A daybed or table is the only reserved space at these venues, and the minimum spend is set by the venue for each day. Poolside and front-row seats go first at weekends and in high season.
- Pick the venue and the day. For Zumana and Savaya, open the night's page on /events: the Table button shows the venue's own map for that night, and the Guestlist button appears when the night has a list.
- Send the concierge your date, group size and the seat you want.

Add a car with driver from transport: a day in the sun followed by a late night is not the time to look for a ride.
