A minimum spend is the amount your table commits to in food and drinks; a deposit, where a venue asks for one, is paid online and deducted from the spend on the night. Amounts depend on the venue, the night and the placement, and we never publish them: your concierge confirms the exact terms with the venue before you commit.
Each venue page shows its opening hours, taken from the venue's Google listing and refreshed nightly. Those are the hours we state — for a specific day, check the page or ask the concierge, who will confirm with the venue.
Partner restaurants, beach clubs, bars and nightclubs across Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud and Nusa Dua, each reviewed before it goes live. A venue you like that is not listed can still be booked: send the request and the concierge takes it on.
Yes, within the venue's own cancellation window, which the concierge tells you when the booking is confirmed — most venues ask for notice the day before. Write to the concierge and we handle the change with the venue.
