Age limit, ID, dress code, guestlists, tables, cashless clubs, re-entry, rain, which area: the fifteen questions visitors ask most about Bali nightlife, answered from the venues' own terms.
Updated October 21, 2026 · 3 min read

The short version: Bali's main clubs are 21+ with a photo ID, the dress code is smart casual, guestlists are the venues' own and free to join but never a guarantee, and a table is the only reserved space. Below, fifteen questions answered from the venues' published terms; eight here, seven more in the FAQ at the end.
Getting in
How old do you have to be to go clubbing in Bali?
Twenty-one. Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné are 21+, and so is Les Toilettes in Seminyak, at the door's discretion. MU:IN is 21+ too. Beach clubs by day are a different matter: some welcome families, and our age limit guide goes venue by venue.
What ID do I need?
A valid photo ID: a passport or a driver's licence at Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné. Bring the original; a photo on your phone is not the same thing.
What should I wear?
Smart casual. Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné refuse sportswear, cut-off clothing and beer-branded singlets; Savaya and Zumana refuse denim; flip-flops are refused at Zumana, Desa Kitsuné and Les Toilettes. Full details in the Bali club dress code, with a version for men and for women.
Do groups of men get in?
The door decides. All three Savaya Group venues state that "mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred". A table booked with the venue is the reserved way in for any group.
Guestlists, tickets and tables
How does a Bali guestlist work?
At Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné the list is the venue's own. You register individually for each night on that night's page, linked from the Guestlist button on our events page, and receive a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after. At Desa Kitsuné the cutoff is earlier for men. FirstBali runs no list of its own.

Does a guestlist guarantee entry?
No. In the venues' own words: "Registration on the guest list does not guarantee complimentary entry"; management decides. Some nights are ticketed only, with no list, and terms change from night to night, so read the night's page rather than an old post. More in the guestlist guide.
How do tables work?
A table is the only reserved space. Its minimum spend is set by the venue for each night (Savaya's and Zumana's table maps say it includes food and beverage credit). The Table button on a night's flyer opens the venue's own map; FirstBali books with the venue on your behalf, and the table is yours once the venue confirms it. Any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. See the table booking guide.
Where do I buy tickets?
Only through the venue's own channel. At Savaya, tickets are "primarily for standing room only"; a table is a separate booking.
Choosing a night
Uluwatu has Savaya on the Pecatu clifftop and El Kabron's sunset parties; Kuta has Zumana at Sunset Bay; Canggu has Desa Kitsuné's garden parties and the beach clubs of Berawa; Seminyak has Les Toilettes and MU:IN. Savaya's regular nights include Last Light on Mondays and People of the Sun on Sundays, with headliners at weekends; Zumana has Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays and Zumana Sunday; Desa Kitsuné's Garden parties run on Tuesdays and Fridays, rain or shine.
Savaya Bali
Clubs · Uluwatu
Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.
Zumana
Beach clubs · Kuta
Zumana is a beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group property designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. Its centrepiece is ZENÍA, "The Eternal Host", a 10-metre sculpture by Daniel Popper made with Balinese artisans from Ubud, and its restaurant is Manuza. Open daily: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. 21+, smart casual.
Desa Kitsuné
Clubs · Canggu
Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village in the heart of Canggu — desa means village — set in a 5,000 m² garden by the Savaya Group with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné, the Ina Ré restaurant and a Maison Kitsuné boutique share the grounds, and every Tuesday and Friday the Garden becomes the party, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Parties are 21+, smart casual.
Les Toilettes
Clubs · Seminyak
Les Toilettes is the K-Club Group's nightclub on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak, at the same address as Sardine, the group's seafood restaurant, so dinner and a late night can happen in one place. Now in its 2.0 version, the club draws on club concepts from around the world. Entry is for guests aged 21 and over, at the door's discretion, and the dress code is smart: no flip-flops, sandals or sportswear.
