Bali nightlife in July: sunset to late
July in Bali suits nights that start outdoors at sunset: Savaya's Monday on the cliff, Zumana's Saturday on the beach, garden parties in Canggu. How to plan a July trip around them.
Updated October 23, 2026 · 3 min read

July in Bali is a month to build nights that begin outdoors: Savaya's Monday "Last Light" sunset set from The Cube, Zumana's Saturday Ritual of the Sun at Sunset Bay, and Desa Kitsuné's garden parties in Canggu every Tuesday and Friday. The clubs run their regular weekly programmes rather than a special July season, so plan your trip on that rhythm and check the real calendar on our events page.

Start with the sunset
Three of the partner venues' weekly nights are built around the end of the day:
- Monday, Savaya "Last Light". A sunset set from The Cube on the Uluwatu clifftop, a softer way into Savaya than a weekend headliner night. See Savaya's Last Light.
- Saturday, Zumana Ritual of the Sun. Zumana's Saturday at Sunset Bay in Kuta. See Ritual of the Sun.
- Sunday. Savaya's "People of the Sun" and Zumana Sunday close the week.
Outside the partner clubs, Rock Bar in Jimbaran is a cliffside bar where guests watch the sun set over the sea before the DJs play on. For more ideas, read Bali's sunset parties.
Then the rest of the week
- Tuesday and Friday — Desa Kitsuné's garden parties in Canggu.
- Weeknights — Zumana's rotation, including "Made in Kuta".
- Weekend — Savaya's headliner nights.
A July week, mapped
- Monday — Last Light at Savaya.
- Tuesday — dinner at Ina Ré, then Desa Kitsuné's Garden on the same grounds.
- Midweek — a Zumana weeknight, or a night off.
- Friday — Desa Kitsuné again, or a dinner elsewhere.
- Saturday — Ritual of the Sun at Zumana, or Savaya's headliner night.
- Sunday — People of the Sun or Zumana Sunday.
Pick two or three, not all six. The venues sit in different parts of the south, from the Uluwatu clifftop to Kuta and Canggu; a private driver makes the moves simple. See also a week of parties in Bali.
Guestlist, ticket or table
- Guestlist. The venues' own lists: register individually on the night's page, receive a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page, reduced after (earlier for men at Desa Kitsuné). Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
- Tickets. Some nights are ticketed only; buy only through the venue's own channel.
- Table or daybed. A table is the only reserved space; the venue sets its minimum spend per night, and it is yours once the venue confirms. Any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. For a sunset night, see daybeds at Bali beach clubs.
All three partner venues are 21+ with a valid photo ID: a passport or a driver's licence.
Practical points for a day-to-night plan
- Dress for the door, not just the heat. Desa Kitsuné refuses flip-flops, sportswear and swimwear. See the Bali club dress code.
- Pools. Savaya is the partner club with pools. The Desa Kitsuné pool is decorative only, never for swimming.
- Bags. Savaya is cashless, searches bags, has limited lockers and accepts no luggage.
Savaya Bali
Clubs · Uluwatu
Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.
Rock Bar
Bars · Jimbaran
Rock Bar is AYANA Bali's cliffside bar in Jimbaran, stretching some 270 metres along the rocks above the ocean, with 880 seats spread over 22 areas. Guests reach it by inclinator, watch the sun set over the sea, then stay as the DJs play on. The bar pours cocktails inspired by the colours of the sea alongside Mediterranean tapas built on Jimbaran Bay seafood. Non-resident visitors can reserve; the Round Deck is kept for villa guests and the Top Bar for hotel guests. Payment by card or QR only.
A short July trip
With only a long weekend, choose one sunset and one late night. Saturday's Ritual of the Sun at Zumana and a Savaya weekend headliner night are the obvious pair if you want both moods; a Tuesday or Friday at Desa Kitsuné suits a group staying in Canggu who would rather keep dinner and the party at one address. Book the table first if a reserved space matters, then register on the list for the other night, and check both pages on the day.
