Canggu group night: dinner, garden party and tables

Planning a Canggu night for a group: a private dining room at Ina Ré, the Tuesday and Friday party at Desa Kitsuné, Giselle on weekends, a Berawa beach club by day, and one van for all.

Updated November 8, 2026 · 4 min read

For a group in Canggu, the simplest night is dinner and the party at the same address: Ina Ré, which has private dining rooms for groups, then the Garden at Desa Kitsuné on a Tuesday or a Friday. On other nights, Giselle's Club 55 on Fridays and Saturdays or a Berawa beach club by day fills the gap. Book a table if the group wants to stay together, and keep everyone in one vehicle.

Pick the night first

In Canggu, the night of the week decides more than the venue does. Here is what the venues in our catalogue state:

  • Tuesday and Friday: the Garden at Desa Kitsuné becomes the party, rain or shine, with guest DJs on Tuesdays and Bali-based DJs on Fridays.
  • Friday and Saturday: Club 55 takes over at Giselle, on Jalan Tanah Barak, after dinner.
  • Every day: Finns Beach Club and Atlas Beach Club on Berawa Beach run their DJs through the day.

For any other night, check /events rather than assuming a programme.

Dinner for a group

Ina Ré is the restaurant of Desa Kitsuné. Chilean executive chef Cristian Encina brings together Mediterranean flavours and Latin American street food: paellas to share, ceviches, tacos, empanadas and wood-fired meats. It includes private dining rooms for groups, which is the detail that matters most here: the group eats in one room and walks to the Garden on the same grounds. See dinner and party at Desa Kitsuné.

Giselle is a Mediterranean restaurant across a dining room and a courtyard, with seafood leading the menu and plates for sharing. On Friday and Saturday nights, Club 55 takes over after dinner, so a weekend group can stay put.

The party at Desa Kitsuné

Desa Kitsuné is the Savaya Group's lifestyle village with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné, set in a garden that also holds Café Kitsuné and a Maison Kitsuné boutique. Its terms apply to every person in the group:

  • 21+ with photo ID (passport or driver's licence), and smart casual.
  • The guestlist is individual. Each guest registers on the night's page, from the Guestlist button on our events page, and receives a digital ticket by email. Entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after; the cutoff is earlier for men.
  • Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred, and registration does not guarantee entry; management decides.
  • A table is the only reserved space, with a minimum spend set by the venue per night.

The details of the door for a group are in Desa Kitsuné with a group. One note: the pool in the Garden is decorative, so leave the swimwear for the beach clubs.

By day: a Berawa beach club

A group with a whole day can start on Berawa Beach. Finns Beach Club is adults-only, divided into several party zones with pools, swim-up bars and private cabanas, and hosts private events, birthdays and corporate groups. Atlas Beach Club has beanbags on the sand, a vast pool and daybeds and sofas across distinct zones, from The Deck restaurant to the Party Side in front of the stage. A cabana or a daybed gives the group one base. See beach clubs for groups.

A drink between dinner and the party

The Shady Pig, a speakeasy on Jalan Pantai Berawa, hides behind an unmarked door and needs a password; DJs take over later in the night. For a group it works best as a short stop, and the concierge checks what can be arranged.

Moving the group

The venues in this guide are spread across Berawa and Canggu, and a group on several scooters arrives in pieces. A van with a driver keeps everyone together from dinner to the party and home. FirstBali arranges vans and private drivers.

If the group wants a bigger night

Savaya, on the Uluwatu clifftop, has international headliners at weekends; Zumana, at Sunset Bay in Kuta, combines a beach club and a dance floor. Both are Savaya Group venues, with the same individual guestlist and table rules.

How FirstBali arranges it

Tell the concierge the night, the number of guests and the occasion. We ask Ina Ré or Giselle about the dinner, book the table at Desa Kitsuné with the venue, send the guestlist page to anyone who prefers it, and organise the van. Each booking is yours once the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team works through the Bali day and evening.
