Desa Kitsuné with a group: guestlist, table and the door
A group night at Desa Kitsuné: everyone registers individually, the cutoff comes earlier for men, mixed groups are strongly preferred, and a table is the only reserved space.

A group can have a very good night at Desa Kitsuné, the Savaya Group's garden village in Canggu, as long as it plans for three rules the venue states plainly: every guest registers individually for the guestlist, the complimentary-entry cutoff comes earlier for men, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. For a group that wants to stay together all night, a table is the only reserved space.

How the door sees a group
Desa Kitsuné's parties take place in its open-air Garden every Tuesday and Friday, "rain or shine". The door applies the same terms to a group as to anyone else, but a group feels them more:
- Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred, in the venue's words. A large group of men only is the hardest case at any of the three Savaya Group venues.
- Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry; management decides.
- Everyone is 21+ and carries photo ID: a passport or driver's licence. One missing document stops one person, and often the group with them.
- The dress code applies to each person. Flip-flops, boots, hard soles, chains, baggy clothes, sportswear and swimwear are refused; check every outfit, not just your own. See the dress code guide.
The guestlist with a group
There is no group registration. Each guest registers individually on the night's page, reached from the Guestlist button on our events page, and each receives a digital ticket by email. Send the link round the group early and ask everyone to confirm their email has arrived.
Timing matters more for a group. Entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after it, and the cutoff for men comes earlier. A group arriving together therefore needs to aim for the men's cutoff, not the women's. A group that is still getting ready at the villa usually misses it.
The full rules are in the Desa Kitsuné guestlist guide.
Tickets on ticketed nights
Some nights are ticketed only. The venue's FAQ says general admission tickets are "only for admission", include no food or beverage credit, and are "for standing room only". For a group, that means no reserved place to come back to: fine for dancing, less so for a birthday or for anyone who wants to sit down.
Why a table suits a group
A table gives the group a fixed base in the Garden for the whole evening. Its minimum spend is set by the venue per night, and the flyer's Table button on the events page opens the venue's own table map for that night. FirstBali books the table with the venue on your behalf; it is yours once the venue confirms it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation.
Tell the concierge how many you are and the night you want, and we ask the venue what suits the group. Placement is the venue's decision. More detail is in booking a table at Desa Kitsuné.
Dinner first, at the same address
Ina Ré, the village's restaurant, with a Mediterranean and South American menu, shares the grounds with the Garden. For a group, a dinner booking there removes the hardest part of the night: getting everyone from one place to another on time. Desa Kitsuné
Clubs · Canggu
Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village in the heart of Canggu — desa means village — set in a 5,000 m² garden by the Savaya Group with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné, the Ina Ré restaurant and a Maison Kitsuné boutique share the grounds, and every Tuesday and Friday the Garden becomes the party, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Parties are 21+, smart casual.
Ina Ré
Restaurants · Canggu
Ina Ré is the restaurant of Desa Kitsuné, the lifestyle village on Jalan Munduk Catu in Canggu. Chilean executive chef Cristian Encina brings together Mediterranean flavours and Latin American street food: paellas to share, ceviches, tacos, empanadas and wood-fired meats such as the Stockyard tomahawk. The space draws on Balinese arts and crafts, with handmade materials, weavings and traditional motifs, and includes private dining rooms for groups. Sunday brunch has its own menu, and so do Courtyard Saturdays.
Celebrations
Birthdays, hen parties and stag nights are common reasons for a group night. A table is the practical choice for any of them, and anything special for the occasion is a request we put to the venue, never a promise. See a birthday at Desa Kitsuné.
Moving the group
Desa Kitsuné is in Canggu. A group in several scooters or separate cars arrives in pieces, and the door sees a scattered group. A van with a driver keeps everyone together there and back; FirstBali arranges vans and private drivers, and the route is in getting to Desa Kitsuné.
Before the group leaves the villa
- Everyone has their passport or driver's licence.
- Everyone has their own guestlist email or ticket, or the table is confirmed by the venue.
- Every outfit passes the dress code, shoes first.
- A light layer for each person: the party runs rain or shine.
- The ride is booked both ways.
How FirstBali arranges it
Tell the concierge the night, the number of guests and the occasion. We book the table with the venue, send the guestlist page for anyone who prefers the list, and organise the transport. We tell you once the venue has confirmed, never before. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team works through the Bali day and evening.
