Manuza is the restaurant of Zumana, the Savaya Group beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta. Zumana's own site lists it as "Manuza Restaurant", and its page presents it as "a Savaya Group property" in Kuta with a "Book A Table" button. When we read that page, it did not yet describe a cuisine, a chef or a menu, so this guide does not either: it tells you what is known, and how to ask about your date.
What Manuza is
Zumana opened in August 2026 as a Savaya Group beach club, designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor, with ZENÍA, a sculpture by Daniel Popper, at its centre. Manuza is the restaurant within that address: the place to eat at Zumana itself, rather than a separate venue elsewhere in Kuta.
The Savaya Group runs the same idea elsewhere. At Desa Kitsuné in Canggu, its restaurant Ina Ré shares the grounds with the Garden parties; at Zumana, the restaurant is Manuza. For the story of the sculpture and the rest of the venue, see ZENÍA at Zumana.
What we do not know yet
We write only what a source we read says. When we last checked, Manuza's page carried its name, "THIS SUMMER", "KUTA - BALI" and a booking button — and nothing on:
- the cuisine and the menu;
- the chef;
- the dining room and whether it has private or group spaces;
- its days and hours — which, in any case, we never write in a guide: they change, and the venue page is the source.
If you read elsewhere that Manuza serves a particular cuisine, check it against the venue's own page before planning around it. When Zumana publishes more, we will add it here.
A table at Manuza is not a place at the party
This is the point that matters most. A restaurant booking at Manuza, even at the same address, does not get you into a Zumana night. Depending on the night, the club needs one of three things:
- A guestlist registration, when the night has a list: each person registers on the night's page and receives a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after. It does not guarantee complimentary entry: management decides, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
- An official ticket, on ticketed-only nights, sold only through Zumana's own channel.
- A table at the club, the only reserved space, with a minimum spend set by Zumana per night that includes food and beverage credit. It is also the only way to leave and come back in.
The ways in are explained night by night in the Zumana guestlist and booking a table at Zumana.

Planning an evening around Manuza
- Dinner, then the club, same address. If Manuza takes your booking, one drop-off covers the evening. Mind the guestlist cutoff if you are on a list: a long dinner can push you past it.
- A table at the club instead of dinner. A club table's minimum spend includes food and beverage credit, so some groups make the table the meal.
- Dinner elsewhere first. Sardine in Seminyak cooks the daily catch over the rice paddies; Rock Bar at AYANA in Jimbaran pairs sunset cocktails with seafood tapas. Where to eat before Zumana compares the options.
Everyone at Zumana itself must be 21 or over, with the original of a passport or driver's licence, and dressed smart casual. Payment is by card or QRIS only.
Sardine
Restaurants · Seminyak
Sardine by K-Club is a seafood restaurant on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak, set in an open-air bamboo building that looks over a stretch of rice paddies, with a terrace for lunch or dinner. The kitchen cooks the daily catch (yellowfin tuna, scallops, snapper) in a modern Mediterranean style, with vegetables from its own farms and a vegetarian set menu. Evenings can run late: Les Toilettes, the hidden club on site, hosts DJs, and once a month The Gates of Bali brings fire dancers and aerial acts.
Rock Bar
Bars · Jimbaran
Rock Bar is AYANA Bali's cliffside bar in Jimbaran, stretching some 270 metres along the rocks above the ocean, with 880 seats spread over 22 areas. Guests reach it by inclinator, watch the sun set over the sea, then stay as the DJs play on. The bar pours cocktails inspired by the colours of the sea alongside Mediterranean tapas built on Jimbaran Bay seafood. Non-resident visitors can reserve; the Round Deck is kept for villa guests and the Top Bar for hotel guests. Payment by card or QR only.
Ina Ré
Restaurants · Canggu
Ina Ré is the restaurant of Desa Kitsuné, the lifestyle village on Jalan Munduk Catu in Canggu. Chilean executive chef Cristian Encina brings together Mediterranean flavours and Latin American street food: paellas to share, ceviches, tacos, empanadas and wood-fired meats such as the Stockyard tomahawk. The space draws on Balinese arts and crafts, with handmade materials, weavings and traditional motifs, and includes private dining rooms for groups. Sunday brunch has its own menu, and so do Courtyard Saturdays.
Booking Manuza through FirstBali
Tell the concierge your date, the number of guests and whether you also want the club that night. FirstBali checks with Zumana whether Manuza is taking reservations for your date and what can be arranged, and comes back with what the venue confirms. Nothing is booked until the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening, and a car with a driver can be added for the way home.
