Beach club hopping in Bali: two clubs, one day, done right

Beach club hopping in Bali: keep it to one coast, two clubs at most, one held spot and one sunset. Which pairs share an area, and why Zumana and Savaya end the day rather than start it.

Updated November 8, 2026 · 4 min read

Beach club hopping in Bali works when you keep it small: one coast, two clubs at most, one place you have actually reserved, and one sunset. Pair clubs that share an area — Atlas and FINNS on Berawa Beach, El Kabron and White Rock on the Uluwatu side — and end at the club where you want to watch the sun go down, such as Zumana at Sunset Bay or Savaya on the Pecatu clifftop.

Why less is more

Every beach club in FirstBali's catalogue sets its own terms for daybeds, sofas and cabanas, and a reserved spot is yours for that club only. Hopping means giving up a held place to start again somewhere else. Two practical consequences:

  • Reserve at one club, walk in at the other, or reserve at both knowing each booking stands on its own terms.
  • Do not plan to come back. At Savaya and Zumana, re-entry is only possible with a table. Leave them for last.

Bali is also spread out: the clubs sit on different coasts — Berawa, Kuta, the Bukit around Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Tabanan. Crossing between coasts in one afternoon spends it in a car. Pick a coast first.

Pairs that share an area

Berawa: Atlas and FINNS

Both stand on Berawa Beach. Atlas Beach Club has beanbags on the sand facing the sea, a vast pool and a pool bar where DJs play through the day, with daily shows. FINNS Beach Club is adults-only, with several party zones, pools, swim-up bars and private cabanas, and resident DJs and live singers every day. A lazy start on Atlas's beanbags and a later move into one of FINNS's party zones makes an easy Berawa double. See Atlas vs FINNS.

Uluwatu side: El Kabron, White Rock, then Savaya

White Rock Beach Club, on Melasti Beach in Ungasan, has daybeds, sofas and cabanas around a lagoon pool and a rock pool, with resident DJs every day and foam parties at weekends. El Kabron, on the Pecatu cliffs, has the adults-only Hedonism Lounge with its infinity pool, and sunset parties with DJs and live saxophone, violin and trumpet. Savaya, also in Pecatu, is a clifftop club with pools and The Cube; on Mondays, Last Light is its sunset set from The Cube. See Uluwatu beach clubs.

White Rock Beach Club

White Rock Beach Club

Beach clubs · Uluwatu

White Rock Beach Club sits on Melasti Beach in Ungasan, near Uluwatu, at the end of the cliff. Guests settle on daybeds, sofas or cabanas around a lagoon pool and a rock pool; families have a kids' pool and a kids' menu. There is a spa, a large covered restaurant serving local and international dishes, and enclosed, air-conditioned party suites overlooking the pool and the ocean. Resident DJs play every day, and foam parties run at weekends. The club also hosts weddings and events.

El Kabron

El Kabron

Beach clubs · Uluwatu

El Kabron stands on the limestone cliffs of Pecatu in Uluwatu, above the Indian Ocean, and has been open since 2011. It has three parts: the Hedonism Lounge, an adults-only infinity-pool area with daybeds and sofas; the Sunset Theater at the cliff edge, set up for sunset dinners; and a Mediterranean restaurant serving seafood, oysters, paella and steak. Its sunset parties bring DJs with live saxophone, violin and trumpet, with the White Sunset Party, the Afro House Sunset Party and pool parties among the weekly regulars.

Savaya Bali

Savaya Bali

Clubs · Uluwatu

Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.

Kuta: Zumana as the finish

Zumana is the Kuta venue in the catalogue, so it does not pair with a neighbour there; it works as the last stop of a day spent elsewhere, or as a whole day in itself. It is open daily, with beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces and an open-air dance floor, and Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. Kuta day to night has that version.

End where the sunset is

The best hop has a destination. Choose the night's finish from the partner clubs' weekly programmes:

  1. Saturday at Zumana: Ritual of the Sun, from the sunset into the night.
  2. Monday at Savaya: Last Light, the sunset set from The Cube.
  3. Weekends at Savaya, international headliners; Wednesdays and Fridays at Zumana, headliners. Some nights are ticketed only.

For the evening, each guest registers on the night's guestlist page when a list is open, or buys an official ticket on ticketed-only nights; registration is free and does not guarantee complimentary entry, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. Entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page, reduced after. Both are 21+ with a valid photo ID, and Savaya is cashless with bags searched.

A simple hop, step by step

  1. Pick the coast and the finish — the club where you want the sunset.
  2. Reserve one spot, usually at the finish if you want to stay into the night, or a table if you might step out.
  3. Start light at the first club, without a booking you would have to leave.
  4. Keep one driver for the day, so moving on is a message, not a search. See a private driver in Bali.
  5. Pack a smart casual change: Savaya and Zumana are smart casual. See the beach club dress code.

How FirstBali helps

Tell the concierge the coast, the day and the group. We check what can be arranged — a daybed, a table, a driver — and ask each venue; each booking is yours only once that venue confirms it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms. Guestlists are the venues' own, linked from /events. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked

+Can you visit several beach clubs in one day in Bali?

Yes, if you keep to one coast and two clubs at most, such as Atlas and FINNS on Berawa Beach, and end at the club where you want the sunset.

+Can I leave Savaya or Zumana and come back?

Only with a table: re-entry at both is reserved for table guests. Make them the last stop.

+Which beach clubs are in the same area?

Atlas and FINNS on Berawa Beach; El Kabron and Savaya in Pecatu, with White Rock on Melasti Beach on the same Uluwatu side.

+Do I need a booking at each beach club?

Each club sets its own terms, and a reserved spot holds only at that club. A simple hop reserves one spot, at the finish.

+Which day suits a beach club hop ending at sunset?

Saturday for Ritual of the Sun at Zumana, Monday for Last Light at Savaya. Check /events for each night.

+Can FirstBali plan the hop?

We check what can be arranged and ask each venue; each booking is yours only once that venue confirms it.
