Day party Bali: beach clubs, sunset sets and day-to-night

Where to party in daylight in Bali: Zumana's beachfront day-to-night in Kuta, Savaya's sunset sets on the Uluwatu cliffs, and the all-day beach clubs of Berawa. How each works.

Updated October 21, 2026 · 3 min read

A day party in Bali means a beach club or a clifftop club where the music starts while the sun is still up and carries on past sunset. The three strongest choices are Zumana on the beach at Kuta, Savaya on the Uluwatu cliffs for its sunset sets, and the all-day beach clubs of Berawa in Canggu. Pick by area, by crowd, and by whether you want to stay into the night.

Zumana: the beachfront day-to-night

Zumana is the Savaya Group's beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. It is open daily, and its week has a shape: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, and Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. The idea of the place is the day turning into the night on the same sand, under ZENÍA, the sculpture by Daniel Popper that stands at its centre.

It is 21+ with a valid photo ID, and the dress code is smart casual. A daybed or table is the only reserved space, and re-entry is only with a table. More in the Zumana guide and Ritual of the Sun.

Savaya: the sunset on the cliff

Savaya sits on the clifftop at Pecatu, above the Indian Ocean, with pools and The Cube framing the horizon. DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs has named it the number-one club in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026, as Savaya itself reports. For a daylight crowd, the night to know is Last Light, every Monday: a sunset set from The Cube. Sundays are People of the Sun, and the weekends bring international headliners.

Savaya is cashless, strictly 21+, bags are searched and there is no luggage allowed, so travel light. See Savaya Last Light and Savaya on a Sunday.

Berawa: all-day beach clubs

In Canggu, the day party is a daily habit. FINNS Beach Club is adults-only and runs an all-day party every day, with resident DJs and live singers across several party zones, pools and swim-up bars. Atlas Beach Club, on Berawa Beach, has DJs playing through the day at its pool bar, with daily shows and a beanbag line on the sand.

A garden instead of a beach

Desa Kitsuné, in the heart of Canggu, turns its garden into the party every Tuesday and Friday, rain or shine. It is a Savaya Group village with the Ina Ré restaurant and Café Kitsuné on the same grounds, so the afternoon can start with lunch and end on the dance floor. How to plan the day

  1. Pick one place, not three. Traffic between Uluwatu, Kuta and Canggu eats the day; a day party works best when you stay put from the afternoon into the evening.
  2. Decide if you want a seat. At every club here, a daybed or a table is the only reserved space. Without one, you stand or use the free areas where the venue has them.
  3. Check the night's page. Some nights at the partner clubs are ticketed only, some have a guestlist; the terms are on each night's page on /events.
  4. Bring ID and sun sense. Passport or driver's licence for the 21+ clubs, and a hat for the hours before the sun drops.
  5. Book the ride home. A driver who waits saves the long search at closing. See the private driver guide.

How FirstBali helps

Tell the concierge the day, the area and how many you are. We ask the venue for a daybed or a table; it is yours only once the venue confirms it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked

+Where is the best day party in Bali?

It depends on the area: Zumana in Kuta for a beachfront day into night, Savaya in Uluwatu for its Monday Last Light sunset set, and FINNS or Atlas in Berawa for an all-day party.

+Is Zumana open every day?

Yes, Zumana is open daily, with Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays and Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. Each night's terms are on its page on /events.

+Do I need a daybed for a day party?

Not always, but a daybed or table is the only reserved space at these clubs. For a group or a weekend, ask for one early through the concierge.

+What is the age limit?

Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné are 21+ with a valid photo ID, a passport or driver's licence. FINNS is adults-only.

+Can I do two day parties in one day?

It is possible, but traffic between areas makes it hard. Most guests have a better day staying in one place from afternoon to night.

+Is a deposit a confirmation?

No. A daybed or table is confirmed only when the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms.
