Company party in Bali: where to take the whole team
A company party in Bali works best on a venue's own night: tables at Zumana, Savaya or Desa Kitsuné, or a private event the venue agrees to host. How to brief it, seat it and get everyone home.
Updated November 8, 2026 · 4 min read

A company party in Bali is easiest built on a night the venue already runs: book several tables at Zumana, Savaya or Desa Kitsuné, and the music, the crowd and the production are already there. If you want the space to yourselves, the concierge asks the venue what it can host, and nothing is set until it answers.
Join a night, or ask for your own
There are two ways to throw a company party here, and they lead to different conversations.
- Join one of the venue's nights. Your team takes tables inside a programme that is already running. A table is the only reserved space at the three partner clubs, its minimum spend is set by the venue for that night, and on the Savaya and Zumana maps it includes food and beverage credit.
- Ask for a private event. Some venues host company events; whether a given venue can, on which date and in which space, is the venue's answer, not ours. The concierge asks for you.
The first is quicker to arrange; the second needs more notice and a clear brief. For the dinner-shaped version of a company evening, see the corporate dinner guide.
Zumana: a beach club for a crowd
Zumana sits at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group property designed around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor, with ZENÍA, a sculpture by Daniel Popper, at its centre and Manuza as its restaurant. It is open daily, which gives a company party room to pick its night: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. Our Zumana corporate event guide goes into the detail.

Savaya: the clifftop night
Savaya is the clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, above the Indian Ocean, with The Cube framing the horizon. DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs named it number one in Asia three years running and fifth in the world in its latest edition, as Savaya itself reports. For a team, Monday's Last Light (a sunset set from The Cube) is a gentler start than a weekend headliner night. More in the Savaya corporate event guide.

Desa Kitsuné: the garden party
Desa Kitsuné, in Canggu, is a lifestyle village by the Savaya Group with Maison Kitsuné, and every Tuesday and Friday its garden becomes the party, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Its restaurant, Ina Ré, has private dining rooms for groups, so dinner and the party can share one address.

Other venues worth asking
White Rock Beach Club, on Melasti Beach near Uluwatu, says it hosts weddings and events and has enclosed, air-conditioned party suites overlooking the pool and the ocean. Sardine in Seminyak shares its address with the club Les Toilettes, so a company dinner can carry on next door.
White Rock Beach Club
Beach clubs · Uluwatu
White Rock Beach Club sits on Melasti Beach in Ungasan, near Uluwatu, at the end of the cliff. Guests settle on daybeds, sofas or cabanas around a lagoon pool and a rock pool; families have a kids' pool and a kids' menu. There is a spa, a large covered restaurant serving local and international dishes, and enclosed, air-conditioned party suites overlooking the pool and the ocean. Resident DJs play every day, and foam parties run at weekends. The club also hosts weddings and events.
Sardine
Restaurants · Seminyak
Sardine by K-Club is a seafood restaurant on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak, set in an open-air bamboo building that looks over a stretch of rice paddies, with a terrace for lunch or dinner. The kitchen cooks the daily catch (yellowfin tuna, scallops, snapper) in a modern Mediterranean style, with vegetables from its own farms and a vegetarian set menu. Evenings can run late: Les Toilettes, the hidden club on site, hosts DJs, and once a month The Gates of Bali brings fire dancers and aerial acts.
Les Toilettes
Clubs · Seminyak
Les Toilettes is the K-Club Group's nightclub on Jalan Petitenget in Seminyak, at the same address as Sardine, the group's seafood restaurant, so dinner and a late night can happen in one place. Now in its 2.0 version, the club draws on club concepts from around the world. Entry is for guests aged 21 and over, at the door's discretion, and the dress code is smart: no flip-flops, sandals or sportswear.
Who comes, and who gets in
Every guest at the three partner clubs must be 21 or over and carry a valid photo ID, a passport or a driver's licence. Check the age of interns and young hires before you announce the night. Dress is smart casual. Savaya is cashless, searches bags, has limited lockers and accepts no luggage. At Savaya and Zumana, re-entry is only with a table, which matters for a team that drifts in and out. Mixed groups are strongly preferred at the door, and registration on a guestlist never guarantees complimentary entry, so for a company night tables are the safer route.
Getting a team there and back
Moving a team is half the work. A Toyota Hiace Premio van or several Toyota Alphard with drivers can be booked with the same message as the tables; see the van with driver guide. Plan the ride home before the night, not at the end of it.
How FirstBali takes the brief
Send the concierge the date, the headcount, the mood (a team dinner that ends dancing, or a full club night) and whether you want tables or a private event. We ask the venues on your behalf; the tables are yours once the venue confirms them, and any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. An assistant replies at any hour, and the team follows up through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked
+Where can we hold a company party in Bali?
The simplest is tables on one of the venue's own nights at Zumana, Savaya or Desa Kitsuné. For a private event, the concierge asks the venue what it can host on your date.
+Can we book a whole club for our company?
That is the venue's decision for each date. Tell the concierge your headcount and date, and we ask; nothing is set until the venue confirms.
+Can staff under 21 come to the party?
Not at Savaya, Zumana or Desa Kitsuné: all three are 21+ with a valid photo ID. Pick a dinner venue for a mixed-age team.
+Is a guestlist enough for a company night?
Each guest registers individually, and registration does not guarantee complimentary entry. For a team, tables are the only reserved space.
+Can FirstBali arrange transport for the team?
Yes: a Toyota Hiace Premio van or Toyota Alphard cars with drivers, requested in the same message as the tables and confirmed before the night.
