Zumana corporate event: a team day or night in Kuta
Planning a company outing at Zumana, the Savaya Group beach club in Kuta: no published corporate package, so the base is tables on the right day, every guest 21+ with ID, and group transport.
Updated October 23, 2026 · 3 min read

A corporate outing at Zumana is built on tables: Zumana's site publishes no corporate package or private-hire offer, so a company books one or several tables for a chosen day or night, with a minimum spend set by the venue for that date. Anything more — a larger area, something arranged for the group — is a question FirstBali puts to Zumana for you, and nothing is promised until the venue answers.

Why Zumana works for a team
Zumana is the Savaya Group's beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, opened in August 2026 and designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. At its centre stands ZENÍA, a sculpture by Daniel Popper. For a team, two things count: it is a beach club as much as a party, so an afternoon and a sunset are possible, not only a late night; and its own restaurant, Manuza, sits at the same address — see Manuza at Zumana.
What Zumana publishes, and what it does not
When we read Zumana's home and contact pages, they offered tickets, a table reservation form and a contact form — and no corporate, private-hire or buyout offer. So we do not describe one. What a company can rely on is the table system:
- A table is the only reserved space. Its minimum spend is set by Zumana per night, and the venue's map says it includes food and beverage credit.
- Several tables for one group. The maps list areas such as Ocean Edge, Dance Floor, Main Deck and Cabanas, each with its own minimum party size. A large team usually needs the bigger areas or neighbouring spaces.
- Re-entry only with a table: without one, a guest who steps out cannot come back in.
What Zumana can arrange beyond that for a given date, only the venue can say. The concierge asks.
Choosing the day
Zumana runs a weekly shape:
- Saturday, Ritual of the Sun — the sunset is the event. See Ritual of the Sun.
- Sunday to Tuesday — the regular days, usually the easiest for a relaxed team afternoon. See Zumana Sunday.
- Thursday — a rotating night, such as Made in Kuta.
- Wednesday and Friday, headliners — the biggest atmosphere, but tables go fast and some nights are ticketed only. See Zumana headliner nights.
Zumana's weekly nights describes the whole week.
The checklist for every guest
- 21+, strictly, with the original of a valid passport or driver's licence. Check every colleague's age before booking.
- Smart casual: no beer-branded singlets, cut-off clothing, athletic sportswear or flip-flops. Send the Zumana dress code with the invitation.
- Card or QRIS only: no cash.
- Bags are searched. Props, inflatables, professional cameras, tripods and drones stay outside — which matters if the company planned branded items or a photographer: ask first.
- The door decides. Management has the last word even with a table, and mixed groups are strongly preferred.
Moving the team
A team that arrives and leaves together is easier to look after. FirstBali arranges vehicles with a driver, such as the Toyota Hiace Premio minibus for the group or a Toyota Alphard for the hosts. How to get to Zumana has the drop-off and the return, and a van with driver explains the options.

How FirstBali arranges it
Send the concierge the dates you are considering, the number of guests, the kind of outing (afternoon by the beach, sunset, dinner at Manuza then the club, headliner night) and anything the hosts need. FirstBali asks Zumana for tables and for what else can be arranged, and comes back with what the venue confirms. The tables are yours once Zumana confirms them; any deposit follows Zumana's terms and is not a confirmation. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening. For a sit-down dinner elsewhere, see a corporate dinner in Bali.

Questions we get asked
+Does Zumana offer corporate packages?
Zumana's website publishes no corporate or private-hire package. A company books tables, and FirstBali asks the venue what else can be arranged for the date.
+Can a company do an afternoon at Zumana rather than a night?
Zumana is a beach club as well as a party venue, so a day or sunset outing is possible. The regular days, Sunday to Tuesday, are usually the easiest; the venue page shows each day's timing.
+Can colleagues under 21 join a Zumana company event?
No. Zumana is 21+, and every guest needs the original of a valid passport or driver's licence.
+Can we bring a photographer or branded items to Zumana?
Professional cameras, tripods, drones and props are on Zumana's list of prohibited items. Ask FirstBali to check with the venue before planning either.
+Can the team have dinner at Zumana too?
Zumana's restaurant is Manuza, at the same address. FirstBali checks whether it is taking bookings for your date; a dinner booking is separate from entry to the club.
Want us to arrange it?
