Savaya corporate event: a team night on the clifftop

Taking a company or a team to Savaya: Savaya publishes no corporate package, so the base is a set of tables on the right night, every guest 21+ with ID, and transport for the whole group.

A corporate night at Savaya is built on tables: Savaya's own site publishes no corporate package or private-hire offer, so a company group books one or several tables for a chosen night, with a minimum spend set by the venue for that date. Anything beyond that — a larger area, a set-up for the group — is a question FirstBali puts to Savaya on your behalf; nothing is promised until the venue answers.

Why companies pick Savaya

Savaya sits on the Pecatu clifftop in Uluwatu, above the Indian Ocean, with The Cube framing the horizon. DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs named it number one in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and number five in the world in 2026, according to DJ Mag and Savaya. For an incentive trip or the closing night of an offsite, that is a recognisable name and a setting few venues can match.

It is also a nightclub with firm rules, which matters more for a company than for a group of friends. The checklist below is the part to share with every guest before the night.

What Savaya publishes, and what it does not

When we read Savaya's home page, FAQ and contact page, they offered tickets for each night and a form to reserve a VIP table — and no corporate, private-hire or buyout offer. So we do not describe one. What a company group can count on is the table system:

  • A table is the only reserved space. Its minimum spend is set by Savaya per night, and the venue's map says it includes food and beverage credit.
  • Several tables, one group. The table maps list areas such as Daybeds, The Cube Sofas, Dance Floor Sofas, Main Deck Sofas, Ocean Edge View, Cabanas and Bungalows, each with its own minimum party size. A large team usually needs the bigger areas or several neighbouring spaces.
  • Re-entry only with a table, which suits a long evening.

Whether Savaya can arrange more for a company on a given date is something only the venue can say: the concierge asks and comes back with its answer.

Choosing the night

  • Monday, Last Light. A sunset set from The Cube: the most natural choice for a team that wants the view and an earlier evening. See Savaya Last Light.
  • A weekday. Usually calmer, with more choice of tables. See Savaya on a weekday.
  • A headliner weekend. The biggest atmosphere, but tables go fast and some nights are ticketed only. See Savaya headliner nights.

The checklist for every guest

  1. 21+, no exceptions, with the original of a valid passport or driver's licence. Check the age of every colleague before booking: a younger team member cannot come in.
  2. Smart casual. Share the Savaya dress code with the invitation.
  3. Cashless. Each guest brings a card for anything outside the table.
  4. No luggage, limited lockers, bags searched. A team coming straight from the airport or a hotel check-out leaves bags elsewhere. No outside food or drink.
  5. The door decides. Even with a table booked, management has the last word, and mixed groups are strongly preferred.

Moving the team

Uluwatu is a drive from most hotels, and a team arriving and leaving together is easier to manage than taxis one by one. FirstBali arranges vehicles with a driver, such as the Toyota Hiace Premio minibus for a large group or a Toyota Alphard for the hosts; a van with driver and getting to Savaya cover the details.

How FirstBali arranges it

Send the concierge the date or dates you are considering, the number of guests, the kind of evening (sunset, dinner then party, headliner night) and whether hosts or speakers need anything specific. FirstBali asks Savaya for tables on that night and what else can be arranged, and comes back with what the venue confirms. The tables are yours once Savaya confirms them; any deposit follows Savaya's terms and is not a confirmation. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening. For a dinner before the club, see a corporate dinner in Bali.
