Bali Monday night: what is on and how to plan it

On a Monday night in Bali, Savaya runs Last Light at The Cube on the Uluwatu cliff, Zumana Monday continues in Kuta, and MOI in Berawa hosts Monday Society. One area, and the night's own terms.

Monday is a real night out in Bali, not a rest day. Savaya runs Last Light every Monday, its weekly sunset event centred on The Cube above the Indian Ocean; Zumana in Kuta keeps one of its regular days, Zumana Monday; and in Berawa, MOI's themed nights include Monday Society. Desa Kitsuné's garden waits until Tuesday. Pick one of these by where you are staying and read the night's page before you go.

Why Monday works

Monday has one advantage over the weekend: it is predictable. Savaya's weekends are built around international headliners, and some of those nights are ticketed only; Last Light is the club's own Monday format, with the same name and the same idea every week. If you want Savaya on a trip and do not want to wait for a weekend line-up, Monday is the night you can plan before you land. The whole week is laid out in Bali midweek nightlife; this guide is about Monday alone.

Three Mondays to choose from

Savaya Last Light, Uluwatu

Savaya sits on the clifftop at Pecatu, between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs named it number one in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026. Last Light turns that position into the programme: a sunset set from The Cube, where the light over the ocean is the event rather than the backdrop. Arrive for the light, not after it. Savaya Last Light explains the night in full.

Zumana Monday, Kuta

Zumana, the Savaya Group beach club at Sunset Bay, is open daily, and Monday is one of its regular days. It suits a Monday that starts on the beach: daybeds on the sand, poolside spaces, an open-air dance floor, and the restaurant Manuza on site for dinner. Zumana's weekly nights shows where Monday sits in its week.

MOI, Berawa: Monday Society

If you are in Canggu and would rather have dinner that turns into a party, MOI on Jalan Pantai Berawa is a Mediterranean restaurant inspired by the Aegean and Bodrum, where the mood shifts after sunset. Its themed nights include Monday Society. Close by, Jade by Todd English has a daily DJ, so a Monday dinner there comes with music.

How to plan the night

  1. Choose by where you sleep. Savaya is in Uluwatu, Zumana in Kuta, MOI in Berawa. A Monday kept close to your villa or hotel is a Monday you enjoy.
  2. Open the night's page. Each Last Light and Zumana Monday date on the calendar above has its own terms: a Guestlist button when there is a list, or only a Table button when the night is ticketed only.
  3. Register yourself. Each guest registers individually on the venue's own list; joining is free, and entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page, reduced after it. Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
  4. A table, if you want a seat for the sunset. A table is the only reserved space; the venue sets its minimum spend per night, and on Savaya and Zumana maps it includes food and beverage credit. Re-entry at both is only possible with a table. See Savaya table booking.
  5. Book the car both ways. FirstBali arranges cars with a driver through transport.

The door

Savaya and Zumana are 21+ with a valid photo ID, a passport or driving licence, and smart casual. Savaya is cashless, bags are searched, lockers are limited, and no luggage or outside food or drink is allowed: do not come straight from the airport with a suitcase. What to bring to Savaya has the list.

Monday into Tuesday

A Monday at Last Light is a good first night of a week in Bali, and Tuesday has the most choice of the weeknights: Desa Kitsuné's garden party with guest DJs, Zumana Tuesday and Savaya on the cliff. Bali Tuesday night continues the plan; Bali Sunday night covers the evening before.

How FirstBali helps

Tell the concierge which Monday you have in mind, where you are staying and how many you are. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening. We send the night's guestlist link, book a table or dinner with the venue, and arrange the car. Nothing is confirmed until the venue has confirmed it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation.
