Two weeks in Bali: pacing a fortnight of nightlife

Two weeks of Bali nightlife without burning out: the weekly club programmes come round twice, so split the stay across two bases, plan rest nights, and save Savaya's headliner for week two.

Updated October 26, 2026 · 4 min read

Two weeks in Bali means every weekly club night comes round twice. That changes the plan: you do not need to fit everything into the first weekend. Split the stay between two bases — Canggu for Desa Kitsuné and the beach clubs, then the Uluwatu cliffs for Savaya — use the first week to find what you like, and keep the second for repeats and the one big night. Plan on more quiet evenings than club nights. For a single week, see a week of parties.

The weekly rhythm you can rely on

These are the regular programmes the venues publish. The actual line-up for each night is on our events page.

  • Monday: Last Light at Savaya, the sunset set from The Cube.
  • Tuesday: the Garden party at Desa Kitsuné, with guest DJs.
  • Wednesday: headliners at Zumana.
  • Friday: the Garden party at Desa Kitsuné with Bali-based DJs; headliners at Zumana.
  • Saturday: Ritual of the Sun at Zumana; international headliners at Savaya.
  • Sunday: Zumana Sunday; People of the Sun at Savaya.

Savaya and Zumana are open daily, so the gaps fill themselves. Desa Kitsuné's party runs rain or shine.

Week one: Canggu base, finding your night

Base yourself in Canggu or Berawa for the first week. The area puts Desa Kitsuné, the Berawa beach clubs and many of the catalogue's restaurants close together.

  • Tuesday or Friday at Desa Kitsuné: dinner at Ina Ré in the village, then the Garden. The pool is decorative only.
  • A beach club afternoon: Finns, adults-only with swim-up bars, or Atlas on Berawa Beach.
  • A bar night instead of a club: The Shady Pig, a speakeasy where you need the password.
  • One Kuta night: Zumana at Sunset Bay, with Manuza on site for dinner.
Ina Ré

Ina Ré

Restaurants · Canggu

Ina Ré is the restaurant of Desa Kitsuné, the lifestyle village on Jalan Munduk Catu in Canggu. Chilean executive chef Cristian Encina brings together Mediterranean flavours and Latin American street food: paellas to share, ceviches, tacos, empanadas and wood-fired meats such as the Stockyard tomahawk. The space draws on Balinese arts and crafts, with handmade materials, weavings and traditional motifs, and includes private dining rooms for groups. Sunday brunch has its own menu, and so do Courtyard Saturdays.

Finns Beach Club

Finns Beach Club

Beach clubs · Berawa

FINNS Beach Club stretches along the beachfront at Berawa, in Canggu, under a bamboo structure designed by PBM Architecture. It is adults-only and divided into several party zones, from FINNS Beach Party and FINNS Garden Party to FINNS Grey Goose Party and FINNS VIP Party, with pools, swim-up bars, private cabanas, dance floors and restaurants spread across the site. Resident DJs and live singers keep an all-day party going every day, and the club also hosts private events, birthdays and corporate groups.

Atlas Beach Club

Atlas Beach Club

Beach clubs · Berawa

Atlas Beach Club sits on Berawa Beach and bills itself as the biggest beach club in the world. Its signature beanbags sit right on the sand facing the sea, beside a vast pool and a pool bar where DJs play through the day. Daybeds and sofas are spread across distinct zones, from The Deck restaurant overlooking the beach to the Party Side in front of the stage. Daily shows draw on the four elements, and a beachfront padel court and a 100-metre flying fox complete the site.

The Shady Pig

The Shady Pig

Bars · Berawa

The Shady Pig is a speakeasy on Jalan Pantai Berawa and the original bar of The Shady Family, the group behind The Shady Fox, The Shady Flamingo and The Shady Bunny. The theme is 1920s Birmingham bootleggers: the bar hides behind an unmarked door, and you need the password to get in. Cocktails lean experimental, using distillation, barrel ageing and fermentation, from the Shelby to a barrel-aged Negroni. Small plates, pinchos and sandwiches come with the drinks, and DJs take over later in the night.

Keep the first weekend moderate. You will have a second one.

Week two: the cliffs, and the big night

Move once, mid-stay, to the Uluwatu side. Savaya sits on the Pecatu clifftop; DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs named it number one in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026.

  • Monday's Last Light is the gentle way in: a sunset set from The Cube.
  • The second Saturday is the night to save: a Savaya headliner, with a table if it matters. Read Savaya's headliner nights.
  • Sunset beach clubs: El Kabron's sunset parties and White Rock on Melasti Beach.
  • A last quiet night before the flight.

Pacing: the two-to-one rule

Over a fortnight, the trip goes better with at least two quiet evenings for every late one. A quiet evening can still be a good one: a long dinner, a sunset bar, a speakeasy. Ideas in a night without clubs and a chill night. Schedule the late nights so that the morning after is free, and avoid two big nights in a row.

When to book what

  • Tables are set per night: the minimum spend is decided by the venue, and the table is yours once the venue confirms it. Any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. Ask early for the night that matters.
  • Guestlists are per person and per night: each guest registers on the night's page and receives a digital ticket by email. Registering for one night does not carry over to the next. Entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page, reduced after; at Desa Kitsuné the men's cutoff is earlier. Registration never guarantees complimentary entry, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
  • Ticketed nights have no list; buy only through the venue's own channel.

Practical things over two weeks

  • Carry photo ID every night out. All three clubs are 21+ with a valid passport or driver's licence.
  • Pack for repeats. Smart casual at all three; see the club dress code.
  • Arrange a driver on club nights, there and back: see getting around Bali.
  • Savaya is cashless and searches bags; see paying in clubs.

Seminyak, for a change of scene

On one of the quieter week-one nights, Seminyak offers a different format: dinner at Sardine and the club Les Toilettes at the same address, or MU:IN, a club built around sound and lighting. Both clubs are 21+.

Questions we get asked

+How many club nights in two weeks in Bali?

Fewer than you think: plan at least two quiet evenings for every late one, and avoid two big nights in a row.

+Should we change hotels during two weeks?

Once is enough: Canggu or Berawa for the first week, the Uluwatu side for the second, closer to Savaya.

Last Light at Savaya on Mondays, Desa Kitsuné's Garden on Tuesdays and Fridays, Ritual of the Sun at Zumana on Saturdays, Zumana Sunday, and Savaya's headliners at weekends.

No. Each guest registers for each night on that night's page and receives a digital ticket by email.

A weekend in the second week, for an international headliner, with a table if it matters. Check /events for the line-up.
