Desa Kitsuné corporate event: a company night in Canggu

A company night at Desa Kitsuné takes two forms: dinner at Ina Ré then tables at the Tuesday or Friday garden party, or a private hire of the village. How to choose and what to check.

A company night at Desa Kitsuné, in Canggu, takes one of two forms. Either the team joins a regular garden party on a Tuesday or Friday, with dinner first at Ina Ré in private dining rooms and tables reserved in the garden; or the company asks to hire the village, or The Garden alone, which the venue offers for private events. FirstBali arranges either through the concierge, and nothing is set until the venue confirms it.

Why Desa Kitsuné for a team

Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village created by the Savaya Group with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné, the Ina Ré restaurant, a Maison Kitsuné boutique and The Garden share the grounds. For a company, the useful part is that dinner and the party happen at the same address: nobody has to be moved between venues mid-evening, and colleagues who want to leave after dinner can do so without the group splitting across Canggu.

Format one: a party night with the team

This is the simpler request, because it uses what the venue already runs.

  1. Dinner at Ina Ré. The restaurant has private dining rooms, and its events page describes two zones that can be combined for a larger group. The menu is set with the restaurant for your date. The detail is in private dining at Ina Ré.
  2. Tables in the garden. On Tuesdays the garden hosts guest DJs, on Fridays Bali-based DJs. A table is the only reserved space: the venue sets its minimum spend for that night, and a larger team may need more than one table. The table booking guide explains how it works.

Format two: the village to yourselves

The venue publishes a private-events offer: the whole village, or The Garden on its own, with "world class food". That suits a company that wants its own timing, its own music or speeches, or a launch-style evening. What it holds, the terms and the date are all the venue's answer, not ours; the full picture is in Desa Kitsuné private events. Party nights are the hardest dates to free up, so give the concierge alternatives.

Which format fits your company

  • A thank-you night or an end-of-offsite party, where the team wants the real atmosphere: format one.
  • A product moment, an awards evening or a client-facing event, where you need control of the room: format two.
  • A team that is not sure everyone wants a club: format one, because dinner can be the end of the night for some and the garden the start for others.

The checklist for every guest

Send this to the team before the evening. It applies on party nights; for a private hire, check with the venue which rules carry over.

  • 21+, with a valid photo ID: passport or driver's licence. Nobody under 21 attends a party.
  • Smart casual. See the Desa Kitsuné dress code.
  • The door decides. The venue states that mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred, and that registration does not guarantee complimentary entry. A guest arriving separately should know that the cutoff shown on the night's page is earlier for men. A table booked for the team is the dependable way in together.
  • Rain or shine. The parties go ahead in the rain; see rain at Desa Kitsuné.

Moving the team

Arrive together and leave in waves. FirstBali arranges vehicles with a driver, from a Toyota Hiace Premio for a group to a Toyota Alphard for senior guests or speakers. See vans with a driver and the transport page.

How FirstBali arranges it

Tell the concierge the date or dates, roughly how many people, the format you lean towards, dietary needs and whether anyone will speak. We send the request to the restaurant and the venue on your behalf; we never pass on their contact details. You receive the venue's answer and its terms. Nothing is confirmed until the venue confirms it in writing, and any deposit follows the venue's terms without being a confirmation in itself. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked

+Can a company hold an event at Desa Kitsuné?

Yes. The team can join a Tuesday or Friday garden party with tables and a dinner at Ina Ré, or ask for a private hire of the village or The Garden, which the venue offers.

+Can the team have dinner in a private room first?

Ina Ré has private dining rooms, with two zones that can be combined. The restaurant confirms the room and the menu for your date.

+Can colleagues under 21 come?

Not to a party: Desa Kitsuné's parties are 21+ with photo ID. For a private hire, the concierge asks the venue which rules apply.

+How much does a company night cost?

The venue sets its terms per night and per event. The concierge passes on its answer; we never quote a figure ourselves.

+Can you arrange transport for the team?

Yes, vehicles with a driver, from a Toyota Hiace Premio for a group to a Toyota Alphard for senior guests.

+When is the event confirmed?

Only when the venue confirms it in writing. A deposit, if asked, follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation in itself.

Want us to arrange it?

Tell the concierge what you have in mind — a table, a guestlist, a villa, a driver. The assistant answers at any hour; the team takes over from 9am to midnight Bali time.
