Guestlist or ticket in Bali: which one you need

At Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné, each night has its own terms: a free guestlist, tickets only, or both. How to tell which applies, what each one gets you, and when a table is the better answer.

It depends on the night, not on the club. At Savaya, Zumana and Desa Kitsuné, some nights open a free guestlist, some are ticketed only, and the terms are set night by night on that night's own page. Check the night first: if it has a registration form, the guestlist is open; if it does not, a ticket or a table is the way in.

How to tell which applies tonight

Every night at the three partner clubs has its own page, linked from the flyer on our events page. The flyer carries a Guestlist button when a list exists and a Table button that opens the venue's own table map for that night.

What decides it is the page, not what you read last week. Terms change from one night to the next, and a night announced as ticketed only can open a list later. So the rule is simple: look at the specific night you want, close to the date, and read what that page says.

What the guestlist gets you

The guestlist is the venue's own list, not ours. You register individually, for that one event, on the night's page, and a digital ticket arrives by email.

  • Joining is free. Entry is complimentary before that night's cutoff and reduced after it. The cutoff is shown on the night's page; at Desa Kitsuné it is earlier for men.
  • It is not a guarantee. In the venues' own words, registration on the guest list does not guarantee complimentary entry; management decides at the door.
  • Mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred at all three clubs.
  • Everyone registers. Each person in your group signs up on the page; one name does not cover a crowd.

Our step-by-step guide to registering walks through the form, and the cutoff explained covers why arriving early matters.

What a ticket gets you

On ticketed-only nights there is no list: entry is by ticket. Buy official tickets only through the venue's own channel, linked from the night's page. At Savaya, tickets are primarily for standing room only, which is worth knowing before a headline night: a ticket gets you in, not a place to sit.

A ticket is the right answer when:

  1. the night is ticketed only;
  2. you want certainty of entry for that night rather than relying on the door;
  3. you are arriving late and the list's complimentary window will have passed.

When a table is the better answer

A table is the only reserved space at these clubs. Its minimum spend is set by the venue for each night, and on the Savaya and Zumana maps it includes food and beverage credit. At Savaya and Zumana, re-entry is only possible with a table.

FirstBali books the table with the venue on your behalf. It becomes yours once the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. Nothing is quoted before the venue sets it. For a group, a birthday or a headline night, a table is usually what removes the guesswork: see how table booking works.

The rules that apply either way

  • 21 and over, with a valid photo ID: passport or driver's licence. A photo on your phone is not the same thing; see ID at the door.
  • Savaya is cashless, bags are searched, lockers are limited, no luggage and no outside food or drink.
  • Dress for the venue. Each club sets its own standard; check before you go.

Club by club

Savaya, on the Uluwatu clifftop, runs Monday's Last Light sunset set from The Cube, headliners at the weekend and People of the Sun on Sundays. Headline nights are the ones most likely to be ticketed. DJ Mag ranks it the number one club in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026.

Zumana, at Sunset Bay in Kuta, is the Savaya Group's newest property, opened in August 2026: Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays, Zumana Sunday and a weeknight rotation including Made in Kuta.

Desa Kitsuné, in Canggu, holds its garden parties on Tuesdays and Fridays, rain or shine.

For each, the terms of a given night are on its page, and nowhere else.

How FirstBali helps

We do not run a guestlist of our own, and we do not sell tickets. What the concierge does: points you to the right night's page, books tables with the venue, and checks what can be arranged around the night: dinner before, a driver after. An assistant answers at any hour, the team through the Bali day and evening.

Questions we get asked

+Do I need a ticket or a guestlist for Savaya?

It depends on the night. The night's own page shows whether a guestlist is open, tickets only, or both.

+Is the Bali guestlist free?

Joining is free. Entry is complimentary before that night's cutoff and reduced after it, and registration does not guarantee complimentary entry.

+Can a ticketed-only night open a guestlist later?

Yes. Terms change per night, so check that night's page close to the date.

+Does a Savaya ticket include a seat?

Savaya says its tickets are primarily for standing room only. A table is the only reserved space.

+Can FirstBali put me on the guestlist?

No: the lists are the venues' own and each guest registers on the night's page. We send you the link and book tables with the venue.

+What ID do I need?

All three clubs are 21+ with a valid photo ID: a passport or a driver's licence.
