Seminyak beach clubs: where to go from Seminyak

Staying in Seminyak and looking for a beach club? FirstBali lists none in Seminyak itself: Zumana in Kuta and Atlas or FINNS in Berawa, then back to Seminyak for the night.

Updated October 26, 2026 · 4 min read

If you are staying in Seminyak and want a beach club, be aware that FirstBali has no beach club in Seminyak itself in its catalogue. The ones we book are on the coast either side: Zumana at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group property, and Atlas Beach Club or FINNS Beach Club in Berawa. Seminyak comes back into its own after dark, with dinner at Sardine and a club night at Les Toilettes or MU:IN. The concierge arranges the day and the evening in one conversation.

Why this guide names no Seminyak beach club

Seminyak has a long beachfront, and you will see beach clubs there. We only write about venues FirstBali works with and has checked, and none of those sits in Seminyak today. Rather than list places we cannot book or vouch for, this page tells you honestly where we send guests who stay in Seminyak, and how to shape the day around it. If you have a particular Seminyak beach club in mind, tell the concierge anyway: we take the request and check what can be arranged.

South along the coast: Zumana, Kuta

Zumana sits at Sunset Bay in Kuta. It is a Savaya Group property designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. Its centrepiece is ZENÍA, "The Eternal Host", a sculpture by Daniel Popper made with Balinese artisans from Ubud, and its restaurant is Manuza.

The week has a shape: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, and Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays, with a weeknight rotation that includes "Made in Kuta". It is 21+ with a valid photo ID, smart casual. A daybed or a table is the only reserved space; its minimum spend is set by the venue per night, and the table is yours once the venue confirms it. More in our Zumana guide and the Zumana sunset guide.

North along the coast: Atlas and FINNS, Berawa

In Berawa, on the Canggu side, two large beach clubs face the sea.

  • Atlas Beach Club bills itself as the biggest beach club in the world. Its beanbags sit on the sand facing the sea, beside a vast pool and a pool bar where DJs play through the day. Daybeds and sofas are spread across zones, from The Deck restaurant overlooking the beach to the Party Side in front of the stage, and there are daily shows, a beachfront padel court and a flying fox.
  • FINNS Beach Club stretches along the Berawa beachfront under a bamboo structure designed by PBM Architecture. It is adults-only and split into party zones, with pools, swim-up bars, private cabanas, dance floors and restaurants. Resident DJs and live singers keep the party going every day.

How the two compare is in Atlas vs FINNS.

How to choose from Seminyak

  1. For a designed beach club with a weekly programme, Zumana: pick the night by its name on the events page.
  2. For a big, all-day party by the pool, Atlas or FINNS.
  3. For a quieter day with children, none of the three is the obvious answer: FINNS is adults-only and Zumana is 21+. Our family-friendly beach clubs guide lists the options.

Back to Seminyak for the evening

The usual Seminyak shape is a beach club in the afternoon, a change of clothes, then dinner and a late night close to where you sleep.

Sardine, by the K-Club Group, is a seafood restaurant on Jalan Petitenget, in an open-air bamboo building looking over rice paddies. The kitchen cooks the daily catch in a modern Mediterranean style. Les Toilettes, the group's nightclub, shares the address, so dinner and the club can happen in one place. It is 21+, at the door's discretion, with a smart dress code: no flip-flops, sandals or sportswear. Also on Jalan Petitenget, MU:IN brings a Seoul nightlife brand to Seminyak, with a towering sound system, lasers and a stage that puts the DJ in the middle of the crowd. Also 21+.

That means packing two outfits: beachwear for the afternoon, and closed shoes for the night. Our beach club dress code guide covers the day.

Getting there and back

Seminyak traffic is slow, and the beach clubs sit outside it, so the ride matters more than the route. A private driver who waits for you means one car from the villa to the beach club, back to change, and on to dinner. Transport has the options, and the concierge can add it to the booking.

How FirstBali books it

Tell the concierge the date, the number of guests and the kind of day you want. We ask the venue, and nothing is confirmed until the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team through the Bali day and evening.
