Long weekend in Bali: Friday to Monday, days and nights
A long weekend in Bali, Friday to Monday: one base, one big night at Savaya or Zumana, a garden party at Desa Kitsuné, a day at a beach club and a slow Sunday before Monday's Last Light.

A long weekend in Bali — Friday to Monday — is enough for one big night, one day party and one evening you remember for the view. The partner clubs line up well with it: Desa Kitsuné's Garden party on Friday, a headliner at Savaya or Ritual of the Sun at Zumana on Saturday, Zumana Sunday or People of the Sun on Sunday, and Last Light at Savaya on Monday. The rule is to pick one base and only one truly late night, so the other days stay worth having. For a night-by-night plan over five evenings, see five nights out.
One base, not three
Four days is too short to change hotels. Choose a base by where your big night is:
- Canggu or Berawa: Desa Kitsuné, the Berawa beach clubs and the restaurants are close together. See where to stay in Bali.
- Uluwatu and the Pecatu cliffs: for Savaya and the clifftop beach clubs.
- Kuta: Zumana at Sunset Bay, between the two.
A villa makes sense if you travel as a group; see villas.
Friday: arrive and ease in
Friday is the Garden party at Desa Kitsuné, rain or shine, with Bali-based DJs. It is a softer start than a headliner night, and dinner can be next door at Ina Ré, the village's restaurant. The pool there is decorative, not for swimming. If you land late, skip the club and keep Friday for dinner: the weekend has better nights ahead. Zumana also programmes headliners on Fridays.
Desa Kitsuné
Clubs · Canggu
Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village in the heart of Canggu — desa means village — set in a 5,000 m² garden by the Savaya Group with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné, the Ina Ré restaurant and a Maison Kitsuné boutique share the grounds, and every Tuesday and Friday the Garden becomes the party, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Parties are 21+, smart casual.
Ina Ré
Restaurants · Canggu
Ina Ré is the restaurant of Desa Kitsuné, the lifestyle village on Jalan Munduk Catu in Canggu. Chilean executive chef Cristian Encina brings together Mediterranean flavours and Latin American street food: paellas to share, ceviches, tacos, empanadas and wood-fired meats such as the Stockyard tomahawk. The space draws on Balinese arts and crafts, with handmade materials, weavings and traditional motifs, and includes private dining rooms for groups. Sunday brunch has its own menu, and so do Courtyard Saturdays.
Saturday: the day party, then the big night
Saturday is the weekend's peak, so pace it.
- Afternoon at a beach club. Finns in Berawa is adults-only with swim-up bars and an all-day party every day; on the cliffs, El Kabron's sunset parties bring DJs with live saxophone, violin and trumpet. Daybed tips in the beach club daybed guide.
- Rest. Go back to the base before the night, eat something and change.
- The big night. Savaya hosts international headliners at weekends; DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs named it number one in Asia from 2024 to 2026 and fifth in the world in 2026. Or stay at the beach for Ritual of the Sun at Zumana.
Finns Beach Club
Beach clubs · Berawa
FINNS Beach Club stretches along the beachfront at Berawa, in Canggu, under a bamboo structure designed by PBM Architecture. It is adults-only and divided into several party zones, from FINNS Beach Party and FINNS Garden Party to FINNS Grey Goose Party and FINNS VIP Party, with pools, swim-up bars, private cabanas, dance floors and restaurants spread across the site. Resident DJs and live singers keep an all-day party going every day, and the club also hosts private events, birthdays and corporate groups.
El Kabron
Beach clubs · Uluwatu
El Kabron stands on the limestone cliffs of Pecatu in Uluwatu, above the Indian Ocean, and has been open since 2011. It has three parts: the Hedonism Lounge, an adults-only infinity-pool area with daybeds and sofas; the Sunset Theater at the cliff edge, set up for sunset dinners; and a Mediterranean restaurant serving seafood, oysters, paella and steak. Its sunset parties bring DJs with live saxophone, violin and trumpet, with the White Sunset Party, the Afro House Sunset Party and pool parties among the weekly regulars.

If Saturday is the night that matters, book a table: it is the only reserved space, its minimum spend is set by the venue for the night, and at Savaya and Zumana it is the only way to leave and come back in. The table is yours once the venue confirms it; any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation.
Sunday: slow, then the sunset
Sunday is for a long lunch and a gentler evening: Zumana Sunday at Sunset Bay, or People of the Sun at Savaya. Ideas for the afternoon in the long lunch guide and Sunday brunch.
Monday: Last Light, then home
Every Monday, Savaya hosts Last Light, the sunset set from The Cube. It is the natural close of a long weekend: a view, a set, and an earlier end if you fly on Tuesday. If you fly on Monday itself, keep the evening for a quiet dinner instead; see the night before your flight.
The guestlist, for any of these nights
Each guest registers individually on the night's page, linked from the flyer's Guestlist button on our events page, and receives a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page, reduced after; at Desa Kitsuné, the men's cutoff is earlier. Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry, and the three clubs say mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. Some nights are ticketed only — then buy through the venue's own channel. All three clubs are 21+ with a valid photo ID.
What to sort before Friday
- The Saturday table, if you want one.
- A driver for each night out, there and back: see a driver for the night.
- Clothes: smart casual at all three clubs; see the club dress code.
