Bali nightlife in April: a Friday-to-Monday weekend
A short April trip to Bali fits neatly into the clubs' weekly rhythm: Friday in a Canggu garden, Saturday at Sunset Bay, Sunday and Monday on the clifftop. How to plan it.
Updated October 26, 2026 · 4 min read

April in Bali runs on the partner venues' weekly programmes, and their rhythm lines up well for a short trip: a Friday garden party at Desa Kitsuné, Zumana's Ritual of the Sun on Saturday, Savaya on Sunday, and Savaya's "Last Light" sunset on Monday before you fly. Four nights, three venues, one per evening. Check each night on our events page, since terms are set night by night.

Why a long weekend works
The weekly nights the venues publish fall on different days, so a Friday-to-Monday stay can take in all three partner venues without two big nights at the same place. Each evening has its own setting: a garden in Canggu, Sunset Bay in Kuta, the Uluwatu clifftop. For longer formats, see a luxury weekend and a week of parties.
Friday: the garden at Desa Kitsuné
Start in Canggu. Desa Kitsuné, a Savaya Group "village", holds garden parties on Tuesday and Friday, and the venue says they go ahead "rain or shine". Dinner can stay on the same grounds at Ina Ré, so the first night needs only one journey. Men should note that Desa Kitsuné's guestlist cutoff is earlier for them, as shown on the night's page. The Desa Kitsuné pool is decorative only: it is not for swimming.
Saturday: Ritual of the Sun at Zumana
Zumana, a Savaya Group property at Sunset Bay in Kuta, holds its Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. See Zumana's Ritual of the Sun for how the night runs.
Sunday: Savaya
On the Uluwatu and Pecatu clifftop, Savaya holds headliner nights at the weekend and "People of the Sun" on Sundays. DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs poll has ranked Savaya first in Asia, as Savaya reports. If Sunday at Zumana suits you better, Zumana Sunday is the alternative. See Savaya on Sunday.
Monday: Last Light before the flight
End with Savaya's "Last Light", a sunset set from The Cube. It is the gentlest evening of the four, and a good last night before a departure. Plan your airport transfer with your luggage in mind: Savaya allows no luggage inside, and lockers are limited. See Savaya's Last Light.
Desa Kitsuné
Clubs · Canggu
Desa Kitsuné is a lifestyle village in the heart of Canggu — desa means village — set in a 5,000 m² garden by the Savaya Group with the French-Japanese brand Maison Kitsuné. Café Kitsuné, the Ina Ré restaurant and a Maison Kitsuné boutique share the grounds, and every Tuesday and Friday the Garden becomes the party, rain or shine: guest DJs on Tuesdays, Bali-based DJs on Fridays. Parties are 21+, smart casual.
Ina Ré
Restaurants · Canggu
Ina Ré is the restaurant of Desa Kitsuné, the lifestyle village on Jalan Munduk Catu in Canggu. Chilean executive chef Cristian Encina brings together Mediterranean flavours and Latin American street food: paellas to share, ceviches, tacos, empanadas and wood-fired meats such as the Stockyard tomahawk. The space draws on Balinese arts and crafts, with handmade materials, weavings and traditional motifs, and includes private dining rooms for groups. Sunday brunch has its own menu, and so do Courtyard Saturdays.
Zumana
Beach clubs · Kuta
Zumana is a beach club at Sunset Bay in Kuta, a Savaya Group property designed by Rockwell Group around beachfront daybeds, poolside spaces, bars and an open-air dance floor. Its centrepiece is ZENÍA, "The Eternal Host", a 10-metre sculpture by Daniel Popper made with Balinese artisans from Ubud, and its restaurant is Manuza. Open daily: Zumana Sunday, Monday and Tuesday every week, headliners on Wednesdays and Fridays, Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays. 21+, smart casual.
Savaya Bali
Clubs · Uluwatu
Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.
Where to stay for four nights
The three venues sit in different parts of the south, so a long weekend means a driver each evening wherever you stay. Our guide to where to stay in Bali compares the areas, and a private driver for the night takes care of the journeys.
Before the first night
Pack for three different settings: a garden, a beach-side venue and a clifftop. Each venue sets its own dress code, so read our club dress code guide before you leave, and keep your passport or driver's licence with you every evening, since all three are 21+. At Savaya, payment is cashless. Register for each guestlist night on its own page as soon as you know your plans, and send the link to everyone travelling with you: each guest registers individually and receives a digital ticket by email.
Guestlist, ticket or table
- Guestlist. Each venue runs its own list. Register individually on the night's page and you receive a digital ticket by email. Joining is free; entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page, reduced after it (earlier for men at Desa Kitsuné). Registration does not guarantee complimentary entry, and mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred.
- Tickets. Some nights are ticketed only. Buy only through the venue's own channel, linked from the night's page.
- Table. The only reserved space. The venue sets its minimum spend per night; FirstBali books it with the venue, and it is yours once the venue confirms. Any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. At Savaya and Zumana, re-entry is only with a table.
- ID. All three are 21+ with a valid photo ID: a passport or a driver's licence.
How FirstBali helps
Tell the concierge your April dates and your group. We check each night's terms, book tables with the venues, send the guestlist pages and arrange a driver for each evening. We tell you something is confirmed only once the venue has confirmed it. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team works through the Bali day and evening.
