The third part, the Hedonism Lounge, is an adults-only infinity-pool area with daybeds and sofas, if you want to spend the afternoon before dinner.

Getting the seat
- Book ahead and say "sunset". Tell the concierge you want the Sunset Theater rather than the restaurant, and how many you are. The venue decides where it can seat you and confirms it.
- Arrive early. A table that is waiting for you before the sun goes down is the point of the booking. The concierge can tell you when the venue asks you to arrive.
- Have a plan for rain. In the wet season, ask what the venue offers if the weather turns; terms vary per venue.
- Mind the terms. Any minimum spend or deposit follows the venue's terms for that evening, and the concierge confirms them with El Kabron. A deposit is not a confirmation; the table is yours once the venue confirms it.

After dinner: Savaya on the same clifftop
On other nights, Savaya runs weekday nights and international headliners at weekends, so a sunset dinner at El Kabron can carry on into a club night without leaving the clifftop. Savaya's guestlist is its own: each guest registers individually on the night's page, linked from the Guestlist button on the events calendar, and receives a digital ticket by email. Entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on that page, reduced after, and registration does not guarantee complimentary entry. A daytime alternative: White Rock on Melasti Beach
If you would rather spend the whole afternoon by the water, White Rock Beach Club on Melasti Beach in Ungasan has daybeds, sofas and cabanas around a lagoon pool and a rock pool, a spa, and a large covered restaurant serving local and international dishes. It welcomes families and runs foam parties at weekends, so it is a beach-club day rather than a cliff-edge dinner.
Getting there and back
