Zumana age limit and ID: 21+, day and night
Zumana is a beach club, but it is adults only: 21+ with a valid passport or driver's licence, for a daybed in the afternoon as much as for the night. What to check before you go.

Zumana is 21+, and every guest needs a valid photo ID, a passport or a driver's licence. The beach-club setting at Sunset Bay in Kuta can suggest a relaxed afternoon for all ages, but the rule is the same for a daybed in the sun as for a table at night: adults only, document in hand.
A beach club with a club's door
Zumana is a Savaya Group property, opened in August 2026, and it applies the group's door policy. Guests aged 21 and over with a valid photo ID are admitted; there is no family session and no exception for a younger guest accompanied by adults. If you are travelling with children or teenagers, our family-friendly beach clubs guide lists the venues that welcome them, and the concierge can suggest a plan for the whole family.
The island-wide rules, and how Savaya and Desa Kitsuné compare, are in our Bali clubs age limit guide.
Day or night, the same check
Zumana runs through the week, with a weeknight rotation that includes Made in Kuta, Ritual of the Sun on Saturdays and Zumana Sunday. Whatever brings you, the check is individual:
- On the guestlist, the list is Zumana's own: each guest registers separately on the night's page, under the name on their ID, and receives a digital ticket by email.
- With a ticket, bought only through the venue's own channel, the ticket is one person's entry.
- At a table or a daybed, the booking is under one name but every guest still shows their own ID. Our Zumana daybed guide covers the afternoon option.
Which document to carry
- A passport or a driver's licence, valid and not expired.
- The document itself on you. Whether a copy is accepted is the venue's decision at the door; our ID and passport guide sets out what official advice says about carrying originals.
- The same name everywhere. Register on the list with the name printed on the ID you will show.
A beach day adds one practical point: keep the document somewhere dry and on you, not in a bag left on a sunbed.
If you plan to stay from the afternoon into the night, the ID you showed on arrival is the one you keep with you all day: without a table there is no stepping out to fetch it.
Groups, birthdays and hen or stag days
Before a group plan, check every guest's date of birth: 21 on the day you go is what counts. Then send the concierge the final number of guests and the mix of men and women; Zumana says mixed groups and couples are strongly preferred. FirstBali books tables with the venue on your behalf; the table is yours once the venue confirms it, and any deposit follows the venue's terms and is not a confirmation. Our Zumana birthday guide and Zumana group night guide go further.

Clubs · Uluwatu
Savaya is a clifftop club in Pecatu, Uluwatu, set 100 metres above the Indian Ocean between jungle and limestone cliffs, with pools and The Cube, the landmark that frames its horizon. Named the number-one club in Asia three years running (2024–2026) and fifth in the world in 2026 in DJ Mag's Top 100 Clubs, it is open daily: Last Light every Monday, weekday nights, and international headliners at weekends. Strictly 21+, smart casual.
What else the door decides
Age and ID come first. After that, registration on the guestlist does not guarantee complimentary entry: management decides, and entry is complimentary before the cutoff shown on the night's page and reduced after. Some nights are ticketed only. Re-entry at Zumana is only with a table, so plan your afternoon and evening as one stay if you have no table. Our Zumana what to bring guide and Zumana dress code guide cover the rest.
How FirstBali helps
FirstBali can tell you which nights are coming, ask Zumana for a table or a daybed, and arrange a car with a driver there and back. It cannot change the age rule or vouch for anyone at the door. An assistant answers at any hour, and the team works through the Bali day and evening.
